DON'T BOTHER

Nothing

Bathroom sink was half full of water and clogged. Manager offered me a pitiful 25% discount to stay- message delivered through front desk agent. I politely refused abs walked out. I'm still waiting on the credit promised for the 1 room night not used. In addition, there was a large cigarette burn mark on the counter top next to the refrigerator.

Horrible service at the counter the unit floor was not mopped. You got a kitchenette but you got to bring your own pots and pans and a toiletries

The stay was great - except no toilet paper received until the day of checkout.

Staff -did not tell me that I needed to remake a new reservation even after I spoke to them specifically asking to extend reservation had to find new hotel quickly b/c they were sold out

I wasn’t able to stay because my reservation was cancelled

The property cancelled my reservation the day of the reservation and had no regard for where I needed to stay and the fact I made reservation 3 weeks ago.

Great location, great value, and very pet friendly

I stayed here in February and had an exceptionally negative experience. I booked this hotel again because of the location and its pet-friendliness. I had a really nice room this time (compared to the one before). Staff were pleasant and cordial (unlike before). The grab-and-go breakfast was in effect (unlike before, when a lazy employee didn't bother to set it up or provide creamer and sweeteners). The coffee was surprisingly good! I really like the full-size refrigerator and kitchenette. Being totally pet-friendly is one on their greatest assets.

Staff were exceedingly pleasant, but they still have a tendency to disappear from the desk and go I don't know where. I had to holler "hello!" several times in an attempt to get a washcloth, and still, nobody came to the desk. Perhaps a little bell or buzzer on the counter to get their attention?

Dirty hallways, room wasn’t clean, hair in shower public hair on towels tv kept going out batteries in remote didn’t work when you turned on the main light made a loud buzzing sound kids running thru hall ways house keeping kept coming to the room each morning early knocking asking is was we leaving blankets and towels over used and worn thru disgusting made my skin crawl being in the building

Kitchen items not available in the room. Had to pick items up in a bin and bring them to the room. Some items were not very clean so I washed everything before use. Kitchen floor felt sticky so I took a towel to wipe the floor and it was dirty. The entire towel was black after I was done wiping the floor. Whoever is in charge of cleaning must clean floors and vacuum. A plastic bag with sheets and towels was in the room. I notified the front desk.

Location was good. It was centrally located and close to the highway, which was nice. The clerk when we checked in was seemingly kind.

-Room wasn't very clean. (Mirror, tv, and windows were all really gross) There was dirt and other stuff behind the bathroom door. (When you closed the door you could see it) -Couldn't turn the shower on. At all. (Literally, there was no way to turn it on)

Won’t do it again

Checked in thinking it was going to be a grand evening and had a rude awakening ahead of myself. Got off the elevator the hallways of a nonsmoking hotel smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. Entered my room and was pushed back by the same cigarette smell that roamed the hallway. Did the check we always do and there was a bloodstain on the bed, called the front desk for a solution and he had none. Hotel was fully booked and he said he didn’t have any control over the mattresses. Couldn’t take a shower as there was some type of unrecognizable debris floating in the water…didn’t know if it was dirt or bugs. Overall it was a bad stay for me. Bad service, dirty rooms and smelly hallway. Just make it a smoking hotel maybe it’ll make the cigarette smell acceptable.

The room was not clean. The water in the bathroom sink took a long time to go down and there was hair left in the sink. The freezer was nasty and the floor was sticky.

Not good will not be returning

It was situated very close to the expressway and the check-in staff was very friendly.

The room had a sticky floor, the carpet really needs to be tossed or deep cleaned, the bathroom really needs to be swept and mopped. The bathroom door looked as if spaghetti sauce was flung at it. The counters were extremely filthy. The room reaked of old cigarette.

Dirty, Smelly, Stained Bedding and overall gross!

It smelled very bad upon entering the facility. The lobby was dark and gloomy, once we made it up to room 216 the stench was so horrific we gaged. Upon opening the room door, the windows were opened wide I’m assuming they were airing the unit out from the last person. All the appliances were outdated. The refrigerator and stove both were dingy white and beyond cleanable. We immediately requested our money back and went down the street to the Hampton.

The staff were always friendly. The poor night guy was so overworked. He was doing everything for everyone solo when he needed 3 helpers minimum.

My room was absolutely filthy. I had to go buy my own cleaner and scrub it down myself. I have photos of the way I found the room upon check in. I definitely left it better than I found it. The furniture was in horrible shape.

stephanie in housekeeping does a fantastic job, the male housekeeper was very helpful, and Tamika at front desk is always a pleasant face to greet and help. The other staff members should learn to be just as pleasant.

Most of the other staff was a sharp contrast from the friendly housekeeper and front desk agent, Tamika.
