The room was clean

The room smelled like smoke and it was all threw the covers and sheets and the tv didn’t work had to program it my self

good prices and furniture. just has to get the bed bugs in control

the beds and lighting was ok. that it was close to alot of food places and the mall & other shopping stores.

Has Bed Bugs. if you ask to move ur room they won’t let you do it unless somebody approves it & if they don’t ur stuck in the same bed bug infested room.

It was cheap and basically what I expected.

It was clean and simple to book the room at the last moment.

needed extra blankets. the extra safety lock on the door was broken but the dead bolt was working so i felt safe enough. The door would not open at the first room. Went back to the lobby and received a second key card and that did not work. Not good since it was f...ing cold out. Got another room. In the end everything worked out and the lady at the front desk did her best to help me.

The woman at the desk was pleasant

There was people outside all night partying and shooting.....yes shooting guns. The heater would not turn off. I was unable to sleep the entire night. I was supposed to stay for 2 nights left in the morning requesting my money back! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Wasn’t clean! Tub was dirty! Dirty towels left in the bathroom. microwave was filthy! look like it wasn’t cleaned in months. Bed was small to be a king. Tv was a 24 inch. My whole stay was horrible.

You get what you pay for.

The location is nice. The beds were comfortable.

I couldn’t get into my room unless the front staff came and manually unlocked it, I did get locked out both times I left the room. It wasn’t very clean. I washed out the bathtub before use and there was dirt and grime on the floors and the counters. No bugs though thankfully. The customer service was wonderful. Both of the girls that helped me out were very nice and accommodating.

I am very disappointed in the cleaniness of this hotel

The location and staff

The hotel room was dirty. There was dirt on the floor upon arrive to room. There was a sticky, glitter glue stuck to the desk. There was dried stains on bathroom door and walls. No battery in smoke alarm (which was sitting on one of the desks upon arrival to room). There was cigarette burns marks in both comforters; which both looked dirty. One of the drawers was broke and laying next to the cabinet. The room stunk like smoke.
