It was filthy on every floor in the building, on the walls too.,the smell throughout the rooms and hallway were like an ashtray. We had to go out and buy an air freshener. We had trash from beer in our dented fridge and mentioned this to desk. We said we would bring it down; they offered to go in and get it but we said no, we will bring it down When we returned, they had gone into our room and taken everything out of the fridge including our things. The front desk is not 24/7. We experienced the desk not even being open on the weekend during the times posted in our room. The amenities are sparse and not geared for short stays. If you want an ironing board/iron, you can “borrow one” and if you want a coffee maker, you can “buy one”. I would NOT recommend this unless you are just looking for a bed, bathroom snd roof over your head. Definitely NOT intended for a weekend stay.

Nothing much. The location is good.

When I checked in, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when checked at the reception. The receptionist asked me to clean it by myself and gave me 2 sachets of soap. I had to clean the completely dirty dishes used by someone else. I have never seen this behavior of the receptionist before. She was always away for smoking. There was not even soap provided for showering only 1 tiny bottle of shampoo. The shower curtain was short and caused water to come outside. I will never stay here again.

I needed a mini staycation and decided to book here. The staff was very welcoming and the hotel was nice and clean.

Dish soap wasn’t in the room for the dishwasher, and no cups with the kitchenware. Other than that, everything else was good.

I kept having issues with my keyboard trying to get in my room... Then the other room didn't have pillows and when I checked out my daughter left her Crocs and when I called the facility they acted like they never seen them

NOTHING! The front desk worker gave us the wrong key for our room THREE TIMES. we left very annoyed and asked for a refund. Also, there were creepy men in there following me and my friend.

That you have to pay for everything toilet paper, towels and wash clothes, etc. no ice machine, you had to go to front desk to get an iron that you had a hour to bring back. With no ironing board. What a mess the vending machine wasn’t working.

The fact that your personnel canceled my reservation due to overbooking and will not refund my money.

Location was next to freeway but access and parking was perfect. Very clean and adequate for a 2 week stay. Room switch was made when TV did not work. The low price has some caveats. See my comments below. But if price and clean is what you want, this place is great!

1) wifi was not working and they couldn't fix. I installed my own wifi. 2) dishes/pots etc were not provided and no mention made in booking ad. You have to buy. 3) hair dryer, iron and iron table, coffee maker not provided in rooms. Can be loaned from desk.

Rooms spacious and very clean. Good beds. Definitely value for money.

The location and the then amenities in the room

People above my room were loud after 10pm and had to call management twice!

It was adequate. I booked a room with 2 double beds, and I got a room with 2 double beds.

I couldn't find it listed anywhere on this site, but this ended up being an extended stay hotel rather than a typical hotel. If I had known that ahead of time I never would have booked it. The listing made it seem like a regular hotel with a decent rating in a convenient area, so over $100 per night didn't seem unreasonable when I booked it, but after seeing the place, maybe more like $70 per night would be a fair price. Both the common areas of the hotel and the room itself had an overwhelming smell of strong cleaning chemicals, but there were still several places in the hotel that had an unpleasant odor. There's no carpeting in the rooms, and the walls must be very thin, because you could hear everything that was going on in the rooms next to and above you: the shower running, toilets flushing, people talking, moving chairs, opening and closing doors, etc. 2 out of the 3 nights we were there the noise level was reasonable, but one of the nights there must have been a lot of loud people on our floor, because we could hear everything until well past 3 am, and weren't able to really sleep. There's no front desk staff after 10 pm, so you're on your own. I dropped something on the floor and it bounced under the bed and when we got down on out hands and knees on the hard floor to look for it there looked to be several months worth of dirt and dust under the beds. The common areas also weren't very clean, with food residue in the elevator, etc. I would not book again.

No one there to greet me when I arrived later after 2 airport delays. Let a pair of shoes there ... and no one at first was willing to help (3 phone calls). When someone did ... although they agreed that no one had been in the room ... they said the did NOT find my NEW shoes. First, shame on me for forgetting them. Second, share on them for their TOTAL DISHONESTY!

It was very clean and updated.

I'm sure the staff was overworked due to people checking in because of the ice storm and loss of electrical power. But they were nice enough I suppose. There were no extras provided....like toilet paper. There was a charge for a new roll of toilet paper. If you wanted your room swept, there was a charge for that. The sign on the desk originally said we would be charged for 7 days even if we stayed for only one. They later took that sign down. I try to keep in mind this was an emergency situation. I was unfamiliar with this hotel or how it functions. Overall, in an emergency it wasn't so bad at all. Very happy to have light and warmth. It wasn't a bad hotel, I just didn't know how it was ran. Whoever set the price definitely bilked those of us in need during the emergency. There were at least 4 other hotels in the immediate area without power so we were very lucky... Even though the room charges were extremely high for what we got.☹️.
