The room was in OK condition overall. It was clean but some of the repair work was very shoddy.

Decent room, have been cleaning where they havent dusted. The dryer took my 3.00. It started and then stopped. Just let the clothes airdry. Only one washer and one dryer works if you are planning a longer stay.

Excellent area. Clean room. Friendly staff. Door key didn't work. I retorned to front desk, who reconfigured it, but returning to room, it didn't work at all. It was frustrating because it was -5°C and I was hauling grocery bags, back pack and luggage. The staff came and had hard time to open the door. Also there were people smoking on the hotel premises.

The only issue I had was there was debris in the dresser drawers from past guests. You should have a backpack back, vacuuming them out and then a wipe down with a disinfectant.

It was convenient to stay here because of what we were doing on our trip but it was not a nice place. The refrigerator was frozen up and full of a big block of ice and there was a puddle of water under the heater/air conditioner. Only one towel for a shower and not impressed with the overall room. Fortunately we were only sleeping there and didn’t have to spend too much time in the room.

This was the best experience that I’ve had with overnight stays in the last several years. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the place is quiet. I would absolutely stay here again in the future. I highly recommend this place.

The woman at the front desk was very good. The room was filthy when we first opened the door. The service is way too overpaid for the job they do. Only stayed here because a family member was in the hospital close by, barely on life support. Thinking about having a fast food place for delivery, too many bugs to eat in the room.

My stay wasn’t as good as I was hoping for the only thing that was good was the bed was so comfortable….. the room in its self was not good , bring your own kleezen , no coffee, the microwave wasn’t clean at all , the staff was friendly , so , no coffee maker , no Kleenex, the light bulb was missing , too echoing in the room , with no carpet, the walls needed update it wasn’t good I been at better places

You Get what you pay for. This was bare bones room, no one to clean the rooms or provide towels. No shampoo. No garbage can in the bathroom. The floor had black marks that were some kind of dirt stuck to it, it’s what happens when you sweep but never mop.
