Very dirty and bad smell. Sliding door was falling apart. Bathroom door handle was broke. Toilet was broken. Walls and furniture very dirty and broken carpet very dirty could not even walk on carpet without shoes. I will never go there again.

Walls falling apart, entertainment center was broken, refrigerator was broke and held together with camo tape, popcorn ceiling coming off and missing in some parts, ceiling had water damage, pool had green tint to it, got a king bed wasnt comfy, internet sucked cabel was held together with tape had to wedge between wall and TV entertainment center to get even a decent picture, got a jacuzzi tube room and jacuzzi tub was kinda dirty and falling apart, tolet wouldnt stop running, ice machine broken on first floor

There was nothing like able at all. I had to go to the front desk more then I would have liked to, it was dirty, felt unwelcoming and I wish I could have got a refund so I didn’t have to say. It was the worse

The Worst Motel Ever!!

Everything! The first room they gave me was terrible! It had bed bugs, the curtains were dirty, the bathroom shower wasn’t clean! I complained, & they told me I wasn’t able to get a refund due to the fact I booked thru a third party! The did give me a different room, which was a little cleaner. But had a sex toy left behind! I was so discussed! I took it to the front desk & left! I had to sleep in my car! I wouldn’t dare sleep in that place!

I didn’t like anything! The place was nasty and had cockroach! It had stains everywhere on the ceilings the walls, the floors, the furniture everywhere. It was disgusting. Housekeeping didn’t do a very good job at all. I actually had to clean my own room. I asked for a vacuum cleaner. They told me they don’t have vacuum cleaners they gave me a room and dustpan to sweep the floors which were carpeted. By the way I asked for bleach they gave me a bottle of bleach water so that I can clean the toilet in the bathtubs. It was absolutely disgusting and it smelled horrible. The entire place smelled horrible.

The room that was booked for us, I’m sure it was cleaned but it didn’t feel clean, then the main light in the room wasn’t working, the heater/ac in the room was VERY loud when it was kicking on/off seems like it needs to be replaced. I don’t think housekeeping came to our room at all while we were out, didn’t get fresh towels-had to go to the desk to ask for more towels. And a warning would of been nice that our room was right by the pool, when you’re trying to sleep after a long drive-it’s hard to do that when you hear kids screaming/splashing around in the pool.

I did not stay at the property, I rented a room online and once I got to the property it wasn’t what I expected, and it didn’t look like the pictures from the computer. I immediately smelled marijuana as soon as I entered the lobby, and I waited for a good amount of minutes before a young lady emerged from the back.

The room I booked was given to someone else when I got to the facility and was given a different room and was charged almost double than what I expected to pay for the room. They were nice enough to give me a Jacuzzi room but it didn't work and water was everywhere. The room was just down right nasty died up blood was s all over the place like it was an murder scene. For what I paid for this room you all could've done better or adjusted the price a little thbit. So disappointed.

The worse hotel I have ever been to.

I did not like one single thing about this property

It was filthy. The whole building smelt like urine and feces. We booked a king room with a jacuzzi and the sofa had stains on it. There was old food left in the fridge, the microwave had food inside, the towels were used. The TV in the main room didn’t work and the front staff said it would not be fixed until the next day. It was horrible.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Definitely not worth the money. Roaches roaming around, BED BUGS, dirty carpets, walls, literally everything where you could look - dirty. Pubes on the bed and towels - towels were dirty too, had to change them 4 times. Sketchy people around, smell of smoke everywhere. Disgusting, crusty, nasty - would never recommend to anyone. Had to change rooms and the first one that I had offered was dirty.

I left my son medicine an when I went back they say it's my fault but I call once I left an ask when house keeping go in to clean the room can they look on the left side of the bed on floor the pill bottle right there So when I went back room was clean so they had to find it but what threw it away wow after I called bout 8:30 am left before check out. Just horrible.
