The Worst Motel Ever!!

NOTHING!!

Everything! The first room they gave me was terrible! It had bed bugs, the curtains were dirty, the bathroom shower wasn’t clean! I complained, & they told me I wasn’t able to get a refund due to the fact I booked thru a third party! The did give me a different room, which was a little cleaner. But had a sex toy left behind! I was so discussed! I took it to the front desk & left! I had to sleep in my car! I wouldn’t dare sleep in that place!

I didn’t like anything! The place was nasty and had cockroach! It had stains everywhere on the ceilings the walls, the floors, the furniture everywhere. It was disgusting. Housekeeping didn’t do a very good job at all. I actually had to clean my own room. I asked for a vacuum cleaner. They told me they don’t have vacuum cleaners they gave me a room and dustpan to sweep the floors which were carpeted. By the way I asked for bleach they gave me a bottle of bleach water so that I can clean the toilet in the bathtubs. It was absolutely disgusting and it smelled horrible. The entire place smelled horrible.

Staff was very friendly

The room that was booked for us, I’m sure it was cleaned but it didn’t feel clean, then the main light in the room wasn’t working, the heater/ac in the room was VERY loud when it was kicking on/off seems like it needs to be replaced. I don’t think housekeeping came to our room at all while we were out, didn’t get fresh towels-had to go to the desk to ask for more towels. And a warning would of been nice that our room was right by the pool, when you’re trying to sleep after a long drive-it’s hard to do that when you hear kids screaming/splashing around in the pool.

I did not stay at the property, I rented a room online and once I got to the property it wasn’t what I expected, and it didn’t look like the pictures from the computer. I immediately smelled marijuana as soon as I entered the lobby, and I waited for a good amount of minutes before a young lady emerged from the back.

The room I booked was given to someone else when I got to the facility and was given a different room and was charged almost double than what I expected to pay for the room. They were nice enough to give me a Jacuzzi room but it didn't work and water was everywhere. The room was just down right nasty died up blood was s all over the place like it was an murder scene. For what I paid for this room you all could've done better or adjusted the price a little thbit. So disappointed.

The worse hotel I have ever been to.

I did not like one single thing about this property

It was filthy. The whole building smelt like urine and feces. We booked a king room with a jacuzzi and the sofa had stains on it. There was old food left in the fridge, the microwave had food inside, the towels were used. The TV in the main room didn’t work and the front staff said it would not be fixed until the next day. It was horrible.

I left my son medicine an when I went back they say it's my fault but I call once I left an ask when house keeping go in to clean the room can they look on the left side of the bed on floor the pill bottle right there So when I went back room was clean so they had to find it but what threw it away wow after I called bout 8:30 am left before check out. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Definitely not worth the money. Roaches roaming around, BED BUGS, dirty carpets, walls, literally everything where you could look - dirty. Pubes on the bed and towels - towels were dirty too, had to change them 4 times. Sketchy people around, smell of smoke everywhere. Disgusting, crusty, nasty - would never recommend to anyone. Had to change rooms and the first one that I had offered was dirty.

It was dirty, smelled funny in the halls, I had to change rooms 3 times because the rooms were dirty or something didn’t work in them. The toilet seat was too small for the toilet. If I wasn’t going to get charged for canceling I wouldn’t have stayed there. Will not go back to this hotel. They need to do major updates and deep cleanings.

Wasn't a bad stay but could overall use some work to the room I stayed in for the price I paid.

Staff was friendly and was located right by the freeway and stores .

There was no breakfast in the morning and the room i stay in could use quite a bit of maintenance. There was some broken/loose tiles , the knob on the sink was broken and not secured and the toilet was very loud upon flushing from the piping. Also the parking lot could use some work on the potholes as well.

The property was nasty . We laid down for the night my son woke up to go to the bathroom. He wakes me up screaming there were roaches crawling on the walls and desk. I went to the desk to address my concerns. The women told me to call an exterminator . Then refused to refund me for the second night. I had to call the police. Staff is rude and aware of the infestation of roaches.

First of all when we arrived and checked in to get our room the stairs where full of trash with food all over. Then when we got into the room and took a shower the shower curtain was pretty much falling off the wall and there was black stuff in the shower tub. Along with no outlet covers on the plugs in the room. The light/lamp in the room had nasty sticky looking stuff on it. Over all do not recommend at all. We only stayed because our baby was in the hospital

This was the most dirtiest hotel that I ever seen. I reserved first floor or to have an elevator. I was traveling with my Mom who could not climb stairs. I tried to use the elevator and got stuck in it. the hallways were so dirty and smelled really foul. they had no rooms on first floor so we had to go somewhere else. It was 10 pm looking for another hotel. We will not be back. Someone needs to learn how to clean. This whole hotel was was dirty and had a foul smell. The staff did nothing for us and we were on our own to find a place to stay in a town we had no clue where we were.
