I will not use Delta Marriott hotels going forward.

The location.

The furnace for the entire facility was inoperable. Thankfully the room heater worked. The halls, front desk, and especially the pool area were awfully cold. At first the front desk person tried to lie about it but then had nothing to say when I asked about the 6 space heaters on in the bar. The pool area was terribly cold and unusable. The water was maybe 65F! Not only that the pool closes at 8pm. Also, our bathroom had a huge mold problem on the ceiling.

Not great, not awful

The overall space was new and nice. The restaurant was great and the restaurant staff was incredible.

My room didn’t have towels when I arrived and wasn’t particularly clean. Took several hours to get towels. The shower drain didn’t work which was pretty gross. The housekeeping started early in the morning making a lot of noise in the hallway. The room design was all open so no typical hallway to keep hallway noise out of the room; it was loud.

Started with frustration, but did improve as our visit progressed.

The breakfast was reasonable, except for the staff in the kitchen not carrying out a specific request made whe ordering.

Hotel sign is not visible from the approach on the far side of the street and directional signs once on the site are sadly missing or small and easily missed.

Comfortable stay

Very modern and updated, comfortable and clean rooms. A lot of amenities and friendly staff.

The only bad things I can say about the hotel was the tv and the water. When we checked in, the water was very dirty and when we asked the front desk about it, they said there was a plumbing issue and they were working on it. It did resolve after a couple hours but they should have informed us when we checked in so we were prepared. As far as the tv- it constantly was disconnecting and freezing to the point where at least once an hour, we had to completely restart it. We alerted the front desk and maintenance came and fixed it and it was working, but this continued going into the rest of our stay. I believe we may have just had a faulty tv.

The outdoor space was good for a nice walk. The Starbucks coffee was a plus and the pool was a nice way to relax.

I wosh there was a hot tub, free breakfast options and a more appealing floor in the pool area its very run down looking compared to how beautiful the ceiling and windows are.

Could not stay as they claimed to have been overbooked despite us having made our booking three months in advance.

The property did not honor the booking that we made three months in advance. They claimed that they were overbooked, had no room, and booking.com did not contact them. We suspect they might have sold our rooms to other parties at a higher rate as our arrival was considerably delayed (late night).

We were stranded middle of the night although the front desk helped in finding an alternative hotel which was much lower in quality.

Great weekend.

It was very clean and staff was very friendly. We drove 6 hours and arrived early and they were nice enough to offer to let us check in quite a bit early. That was a nice surprise. Rooms were very clean, hotel was very clean.

It was a very busy weekend at the hotel. There was a seminar going on and those people were great. But there were people down the hall from us with kids and they were very loud and playing music loud. We could hear the motorcycle right outside our window when we were sleeping and could hear people above us. I asked for a top floor when I booked but I got the 3rd floor instead of the 6th. The rooms were not very soundproof, you could hear everything. I do agree with other reviewers that for the price they could provide something for breakfast in the price. Other than that, everything was great!

Paid cash for food then was charged the same to my room. Staff laughed at me when I asked to review video footage and now they have no video to review. Sent me a email of what I supposedly signed. I signed nothing I paid in cash. They have thieves working for them. Never pay cash an make sure you check your receipt after you check out clearly I'm not the first person that has happened to maybe I'm one of the few that actually looked and has done something about it. Why would I be complaining about a 67 order if it didn't really happen

Short yet sweet

The location is wonderfully central and a great value for the contemporary facilities. Absolutely wonderful front desk staff and friendly housekeepers. A gentleman at the front desk accommodated my disabled mother after she was not able to walk to the originally assigned room on the fourth floor. He was able to switch us with ease to a first floor room. Very pleased and grateful with this accommodation. The pool area was clean and stocked with towels.

I can’t think of any complaints other than my key card didn’t work on the gym or pool in the morning pre-checkout. My mother is a smoker and there were not any ash trays or trash receptacles to dispose of waste in the designated smoking areas.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. The only time greeted was when we checked in. I have mixed feelings about this place. To the untrained eye, very clean well maintained. However both of us are managers of retain and hospitality. We saw many flaws. Such as hallways needed vacuuming. The room next to us the door was not closed the entire stay. Our door was off track, husband fixed it for them (you’re welcome). The toilet seat was sliding off. Hair in the tub and sticky stuff on toilet lid and bathroom floor. HOWEVER, the bed was comfortable (though there was a stain on the duvet) pillows were nice as well. The hotel had many nice updated. Restaurant seemed nice, but omg over priced!!! Over all nice but needed more detail to cleaning
