Overall- not worth the cost.

Central location with many food and retail options near by

Room was dirty/dingy on check in. Power outlets didn’t work in half the room. AC unit not cooling and room retained moisture from the attempted output. Room keys randomly stopped working on day two of our five night stay that was prebooked as such. Listed guest was not able to get a replacement key for above issue without me driving across town to show ID- but somehow my mother was able to get one without ever having been seen with me on the property and as an unlisted guest. Pool was not heated and door to get in to pool room doesn’t open all the way and makes a HORRID noise. One elevator wasn’t working for a day of our stay and we were never able to get the WIFI connected the entire stay. One staff member was kind and offered to call management for us. We were two young women who travelled over 14 hours driving from FL to visit family and didn’t want to have to switch reservations or complain.

Clean rooms comfortable beds and good breakfast. The cleaning staff was extremely pleasant.

I didn’t like the general master of that property disrespecting my children regardless of her reason. That I’d why they have parents. Highly disappointed in that experience no excuse whatsoever.

the cleaning staff rude and lazy My wife was a house keeping manager at 5 star hotels her standards are high however she said they do not meet 3 star . the shower does not have a door or liner the water gets all over the floor the gravity drain works but its asking for a wet floor fall. we had to put towels down. we used all our towels daily because of this issue.

Appears to be a newer IHG property. Great location surrounded by restaurants and grocery if needed. Highly recommend Bubba 33 for dining. Pleasant find! The rooms are very nice. Every aspect was fantastic !

Just a decent place to sleep.

Breakfast was surprisingly great! Some different things different days. Thank you for the gluten free options! One of the front desk ladies was super kind. She gave me extra towels when I told her we had 4 people staying.

Housekeeping only came around the first day and we were there for 4- no new towels, no trash taken out, close to running out of toilet paper. There was a pile of trash by the bin in the hall. Not sure if someone quit, got sick, or stopped doing their job. Also our room keys kept deactivating, and every time we got it fixed the other ones would go out. Super annoying when we were getting back late. Lotion in the bathroom is super watered down. Makes it seem like you slapped the Dove lable on it but I don't believe you...

Great rooms, don’t stay on weekends if you want to sleep, management won’t help.

Shannel at the front desk is an awesome lady! Outstanding customer service. Managements puts her at a disadvantage leaving her alone at the desk during prime check in hours. There was a queue out the door and a bunch of angry hot parents. Rooms are good size but looking a bit ragged.

The parties outside my window every night until 2 am. 🕑 f you’re going to allow that then you need to better soundproof the room. This is NOT the place to stay if you want peace and quiet and the opportunity to actually sleep. Maybe if we hadn’t been the rooms right next to the patio it wouldn’t have been so terrible. But who knew that the hotel takes a hands off approach to people setting corn hole and drinking until the wee hours. I didn’t sleep at all Friday or Saturday night because of the party outside our window until after 2am. Messaged management but they decided not to answer me. This hotel is where all the softball and baseball teams stay. So if you don’t want to be kept awake or unable to use the pool because they have turned it green, stay somewhere else.

It had the Comforts of Being at Home at my House!!!

When I 1st came, I was worried about the cleanliness and Hot Food. Also all the Hotels in the area only went up to a 3 Rating....But I can say you should have a 4 Rating. Everything from Area, Clean. It was so clean you could have eaten off the Floors...Professional Staff, Bed Slept very well.......I would stay here anytime again!!!

The front desk refused to check us in and made us wait but not others. Was told room wasn’t ready but others got rooms????? After 20 mins I walked up and asked. It was a new front desk girl and told me that yes, they have plenty of rooms and checked us in. Sure she apologized. The room’s sink was clogged and sting! 10 mins later two ladies tried to check into our room. I called the front desk and told them. They deactivated our cards. When I went out to get coffee and I can’t get back in!!!!! I asked to change to another room cos of the smell and they moved us. This showed rooms were available and just refused to check us in when we arrived….why and why? Is this because of our last name. I hope you check into this. I sent the property a message after I checked in.

There was a dirt ring around the bath tub as if no one cleaned it. The bathroom sink water was sitting because the water was not going down the drain There was long pieces of hair in the bed sheets and hair in the bathtub My family and I did not shower here I would not stay again

If you are in Toledo, this is a great location with friendly, helpful staff.

Ideal location, near the freeway interchange, away from the road, so it was quiet. It's a newer building so everything is in very good condition. Comfortable bed, good mattress. Lots of restaurants and places nearby. The complimentary breakfast was better than expected, the food was hot and there was a nice variety.
