We’re staying with 2 adults and 2 kids so we got $40 vouchers for food and drinks ($10/person) which is definitely not enough!! Cup of coffee cost already $5! We complained about this and the hotel is blaming Booking.com for false advertisement. We travelled in 3 weeks all over the US from Europe, we booked 10 different hotels from 3 to 5 stars. So far this is the only hotel who doesn’t provide free bottle waters. I mean for a 4 stars hotel, this should not be a problem! 2 big towels for 4 people, at this point we were tired of complaining, we just use 2 big towels and 2 small towels!

Not worth it.

Room smelled like weed, no remote for the tv and front desk couldn’t find another remote. Was told remote would be brought in the morning and housekeeping would clean the room, both didn’t happen. There is no complimentary breakfast, which for $200 a night seems ridiculous, especially when every other hotel in that same area has it. The trash cans in the room didn’t have trash bags in them, they were folded and hanging over the side of the cans.

Breakfast included was deceiving. We just got a $10 coupon you could put towards an Alacarte menu and you paid for everything extra. No coffee or water even available for free. You had to pay for Starbucks or nothing. The pool was cloudy so did not swim in it. There also was a mixup about the billing.

Location. Comfortable room

TV did not work. We called the front desk and retold to turn it on and off several times. This did not help called again and we did not receive an answer from the desk. As one of us was already in the shower, we did not want to change the rooms. There was no written instruction sheets anywhere in the room. We did not know where the ice machine was located. We did not see a menu for the made to order breakfast. We tried looking online, using the hotel code, however, we did not find the information we needed. After 10 PM, we just decided to go to bed and let them to know in the morning.

Nice and area is filled with things to do!

The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the couch in the king room was nice. The bathroom was also clean and nice.

The shower was a bit weird - it’s only halfway covered by glass with no curtain or other door so it kind of just sprayed water everywhere… otherwise it was nice. It is a bit expensive. And the pool was constantly busy with no adult hours. So even if we went down there at 9PM (pool closes at 10), there were always kids down there.
