I was charged more than what was on the receipt, still haven't been reached out to. The shampoo and body wash bottles were empty, the parking was so far away, our doordash was stolen from the lobby and one of the front desk associates didnt care to help, she just walked away when we were trying to find what happened to our food from door dash.

The view was amazing especially in the morning!

The property was super clean and very nice

The property needs better insulation or something. Of all the hotels I’ve stayed at this is by far the loudest. You hear everything. We had a room with a river view, you could hear all the cars at all hours of the night. For whatever reason we were given a room with an adjoining room and you could hear the people in it all night long well past 3am and you heard all the noise in the hallway all night long as well. Very unfortunate as the hotel is very nice and the staff was very friendly. Just the loudest place we have ever stayed.

Check-in was quick and seamless, the valet parking was exceptional, dinner at the restaurant was delicious, and the room was clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood is nice and has a variety of food. The river view was very nice too!

I did not like that when I arrived at 4 o’clock my room was not ready. I waited close to an hour and finally checked back in and said I need a room.

It was close enough to watch fireworks

The valet was rude and the cleaning lady well the one that just mops the floors she said was rude also

Staff was great, and the food in the restaurant was amazing. Most professional parking staff of anywhere. No hassle at all parking or getting the car from valet.

No real complaints at all.

Nice, clean, big, comfortable rooms and it was just around the corner from the mud hens stadium

The valet parking was AWFUL, I waited over 30mins for my car, which was better than the guy before me who waited over 45 minutes because they’d lost his keys!

Every thing was amazing even check in went smooth . The room was spacious and the bed felt amazing our view was the best overlooking the baseball field. It was amazing

Place was very convenient for event we where attending. Parking was very poor. Plan to have to pay for valet because the hotel parking gets used up and there isn't any spaces. Slightly disappointed that the breakfast isn't included in room cost. Is was a very pleasant and clean comfortable stay though.

Good restaurant on site—food was great, as well as the drinks. Staff were all great.

Connected to the Glass Center making easy access to events there.

I have nothing bad to say about our stay.

Expensive, TV didn’t work, and Juneteenth parade blocked valet parking from getting our cars out in a timely manner. The staff had to march a group of us down to the parking garage and send us out one at a time through a back exit.

Great location, average room, terrible customer service. I booked 1 night at this hotel through booking.com. When my husband and I arrived there was only one check-in clerk and a very long line to check in. When it was finally our turn, the clerk mistakenly charged us the full price of the hotel when she meant to put a hold on the card for incidentals (which should have been $50). I received a text message from my bank about the withdrawal for $241 (full price of the room) and immediately let the clerk know. She said that it should have only charged the $50 but that she would get it fixed and if it was still showing in the morning at check out, to let them know. Okay, no problem. At check out I had both charges for the room (the booking.com charge and the additional charge at check in) plus now the $50 for incidentals. I let the lady at the front desk know and asked if she could process a refund. She said I would have to wait for manager who wouldn’t be in until 10am. Okay, cool.. left my phone number and she assured me he would get a hold of me once he got in. I waited until 3pm and never received a phone call.. so I then called and asked for the manager, who did not pick up, and left him a voicemail. I waited another 3 hours and received no call back. So I called again and spoke with Cory. Cory again told me that the manager would call me, but I politely told him that I was not willing to wait to speak to the manager any longer. He told me they were busy right now and at this point was no longer being polite on the phone. I told him I was getting frustrated at this point and need to know a definite time of when the manager would be calling me back. He said he didn’t know they were busy but the manager was standing right next to him and would look into it. I told him I would hold but I’m not waiting for a call back again that likely would not happen. He placed me on hold for about 5 or so minutes then came back on the line and said the refund was processed.

Terrible customer service

They atmosphere! Location was close to everything, fast, Walmart, gas station, baseball field, art museum, and our event right inside of the hotel. Great staff also!

I didn't like the fact that you charge for a continental breakfast cost.
