Family trip

Clean. Comfortable beds. Convenient to our event

Booked a king suite, was given double queen room. Not told when i checked in.l. When inquired, was told they overbooked their suites or i could move to the Hilton garden but it would be smaller room. Said we'd just make this work. Then was overcharged on rate for room despite verifying cost at check in. Had to have corrected at checkout. Also, very bright light display shines into window at night, even with curtains pulled.

Location

Room will not get warm, did not get the room paid for. Was not even warned. Then I was told it was an upgrade because of "river" view. I paid for a king river suit, not a 2 bed suit..

The hotel was really nice. The lobby, the breakfast space, and the room. Staff were friendly and helpful. I saw pleasantly surprised and would stay there again.

Good size room! Room came equipped with fridge and stove. Enjoyed it. We would return.

The valet did not want to go get our car. It was at 1130pm and he complained that it was parked at the parking garage far away. That's unacceptable when you have to pay so much for valet. I also did not like that we seen the housekeeper outside our room and we asked her to tidy up for us on Saturday, planned on leaving a tip, she said yes, and when we returned we noticed she didnt. She seemed annoyed with her job. She was standing in the hallway on her cellphone leaned up against her cart. That was so unprofessional, I never had a housekeeper completely lie and ignore us. We travel alot.

The location was phenomenal! The room was comfortable.

The long wait to check in. What's the point of selecting a room on the app if I still have to wait in line to check in? There wasn't any body soap in the shower. Luckily, I brought my own. The free breakfast was just ok, I've had way better at different Hilton locations.

Nanette that checked us in did a great job and went above and beyond to accomodate us. Thank you Nanette. The other staff were friendly and helpful. Great location. Clean. This was are 3rd stay here in the last 2 years and will definitely be back.

Location to the convention center

The entire building that weekend the AC was down they had to buy box fans in order for people not to faint. My room was around 88° the whole time I was there.

Bed very comfortable and love the design of the room.

The room was very comfortable and the layout was very nice. The staff was nice too.

The windows were all dirty with spider webs and dirt like they haven’t been cleaned for a while. I specifically got the room facing the river and we couldn’t see properly or take pictures because it was so dirty. Also There was a sulfur smell in the hallways.

Very bad experience and non cooperative staff made stay experience very bad

Staff at breakfast room though quality of food is good but variety is missing (just check quality at Tampa Florida)

Front staff behaviour they were never happy to answer anything haven’t seen in my life such pathetic and rude front office staff (send them to training to learn basic hospitality manners) smile is missing throughout their stay in office and house keeping services were worst (again haven’t seen such dire situation)

Nice Room; Nice Staff; Convenient Location

The suite was very nice & seemed pretty clean. Bedding & frequently-touched locations seemed clean. The hotel & rooms looked recently renovated. I loved having the kitchenette. I loved having the option of the complimentary breakfast. The location was convenient, based on places we wanted to visit. Valet parking is available & I liked the convenience of being able to pay for that service at check-out.

Once in the room for a while, I could see that the room wasn't as clean as I initially thought. More attention to detail as far as cleaning would've been nice - the mirror, underneath the sink, stove top, floors. We had to ask for a couple things that should've been in the room upon arrival - wash cloths & extra toilet paper. The convenience of the complimentary breakfast was nice, but the food itself was mediocre. The coffee was good. Breakfast ended at 9:00 am. It would be nice if they served breakfast at least until 10:00 am. I am not an early riser on vacation. Being downtown, the outside noise kept us from having the best night's sleep.
