We enjoyed our stay , we wouldn’t mind coming back some other time .

Everything was very clean and well stocked The staff was very helpful.

The hot tub was under maintenance. That was a little disappointing

It was just one night but cheap and okay

Breakfast was standard hotel fare and staff kept it up.

Most television stations didnt work. Room was difficult to keep warm, had to set the thermostat to 75 to keep it comfortable. Possibly a bad thermostat? Shower had below average water pressure.

Supposedly a pet friendly facility but more accurately would say pet accommodating. Charged extra $75 for pet for one nite. Not told at time of booking. Would not have chosen facility with such a steep fee. Very dissatisfied. Come thru this area every 6 months but will find another facility. Pet is clean and non destructive. Your choice of carpeting does not show even one strand of pet hair. Fee is extremely hefty.

Passing through town and needed a place to sleep

hotel was decent with a nice breakfast

We literally were there for only 8 hours. We arrived really late and left after breakfast. When we arrived the front desk lady was ok. While i appreciate the hotel accepting pets i find it ridiculous to be charged a $50 pet fee for only there 8 hours to sleep. so on the way home we tried a LaQuinta and that hotel was really nice, the front desk lady was super friendly and they only charged a $20 pet fee

Space

Floor looked in like it was not vacuumed. Tub did not look its cleanest. One couch in room from pictures online it showed more than one chair to sit in. A large desk with one chair for one person to eat at not 2 people. Staff did not speak English. Staff name Royan was rude to me and my son. He hung up in my ear. Pool area was broke down in jacuzzi section. Breakfast was low budget sausages didn’t looked cooked completely.

Staff re education needed

The young lady checking us in was very pleasant

The pool was out of service, we chose this hotel for the pool - paying a higher price. Nothing noted in the website when we booked the room letting us know. There were two employees sitting at the table while we were getting breakfast. I was working with my special needs daughter, trying to explain to her how the waffle maker worked, one of the ladies yelled at my daughter ! Mind you, my hands were physically on my daughter and it was clear that my husband and I were handling the situation (she flipped the waffle maker handle 3 times instead if once). But when I say yell, I am not exaggerating.
