Disappointed

Room was dirty and smelled. Musty damp room with air conditioner on full blast when I arrived. Immediately cancelled room and was promised a refund . As a side note there is no breakfast just cereal bars and juice? In what world is this considered breakfast?

It was okay for one night however I wouldn’t stay longer.

The room was clean and looked as if it was recently renovated.

Very noisy. Walls were thin and we could hear people slamming doors. There was a kitchen however all cupboards were empty. If you want to use the kitchen you had to go to the front desk and ask for them. Also no shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. Again if you didn’t bring any you have to ask the front desk. I found that to be weird.

Location was handy, lots of parking, clean big room. The office staff gave me a quiet room like I asked. Big plus. Probably a great spot for the factory workers working at the huge Amazon or space facility there, not for travelers.

Felt like prison checking in and out plates, forks, etc. Difficult to get the desks help, some doors to the property didn't work, lots of cigarette smoke near doorways, no food options close by.

The hotel was clean and pet friendly

The hotel was a little run down. There were holes in the ceiling of the hallway due to water damage. The side door to the hotel was broken. The vending machines and laundry machines are WAY OUTRAGEOUSLY overpriced!! Bend over! The suite we were in had a kitchenette, but if any dishes were needed, we had to request them, and they only had 1 fork for silverware. There is no shampoo or soap in the room, it has to be requested. The breakfast they offer was lacking majorly, consisting of very few tiny muffins and some fig Newton bars. When I say few, I don't mean only a few in variety, I mean, they literally had like 12 muffins total. Overall, I wouldn't stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anyone either. It's way overpriced, and it's just not that great!

We booked to go swimming and the pool doesnt work. , they said its been down 3 years , they should put that on the website. Then not only that someone is cleaning the pool but its never opened ???? What are we coming for. They should do alot more describing what we wont recieve especially when you pictures are showing a pool.

Poor quality packaged breakfast muffins and mediocre coffee. Kitchenette, but no paper, plastic or paper towels. Bathtub and sink with poor drainage. Dingy.

The staff was friendly, the room clean and the beds comfortable. Pets were allowed and they provided free wi-fi.

There was no breakfast, just hot coffee and a few packaged carbs. The "kitchen" was completely void of utensils, dishes, pots or pans. There was no coffee maker or coffee or tea offered. When I called the front desk, I was told I could come get some of these things by coming down there and carrying them back up to the room, but they would not bring them up themselves. Same when we needed clean linens. We had to bring down the dirty linens before being issued clean ones, and had to do this ourselves. The bathroom sink had a broken plug and didn't drain properly. We found a baby's sock under the bed.

Do Not stay here!

Immediately on arrival guys hanging in the lobby talking to reception, not even greeted. It was obvious they were extended stayers but had no courtesy for those checking in. Stood there while they had a conversation. Proceeded to get not personable service. Gave me keys to a room and walked in and smelled like straight dog/cat piss in the room. Went back down to the same people b'sing and waited again for them to stop. Proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do because they were sold out. Like they already knew that room was bad. Was like ohh well we will refund you and you can go somewhere else. I was like is this how you treat people from out of town? Proceeded to call 3 hotels and it was a busy weekend. I asked do you have room spray, rug cleaner, cleaning supplys, air fresheners so I can try and clean and or deodorize. I needed a place to stay and I was willing to do that. Told me No, so what you want to do?

It was ok. At $150. a night I expected a little bit nicer experience

I liked this location is close to seal beach. I had to visit my 91 year old mother. Short-notice travel was required. I like that parking is included in the price of stay.

The hotel can use a decorative update. New windows, counter tops, furniture, USB ports... I was a little put off by the fact that you have to request items typically provided in other hotels. Such as an ice bucket, coffee pot, shampoo

Quiet and breeze outside. Nice coffee though.

Bathroom showerhead in the middle pointing out, thus it just sprays outside, must be designed for handicap accessible, no slide door, just curtain. Once done with shower, the whole bathroom just flood. On the checkout day, @9am the cleaning mate already opened the door without knocking first. And then @10:15am, I got a call from front desk to remind checkout at 11am. I stayed in many hotels in California every year, no one ever needs to remind me the checkout time or a cleaning mate enter the room without knocking.

Waste of money!

Very disappointed, rented 2 rooms for 6 days not worth the price! The rooms smell of animal, very dirty. Fridge had dead bugs stuck all over in it. Something spilled on side of fridge and left. Beds not very comfy. Has some kind of housing program there that was not mentioned upon checkin. Kids did not want to leave the room because of the constant commotion in hallways. People loud and fighting several nights! Several cars in parking lot clearly sitting abandoned for a while. Overall a horrible experience, Would never stay at this location again unfortunately.
