Property was good. Got the room with the patio. Easy access to the pool and hot tub. Clean, friendly staff. Pool and hot tub was clean and maintained. Room and bathroom was clean. Great water pressure and water in shower was nice and hot which my wife and daughter loved. Great value. Smaller hotel and you enter your room from the outside. So no going into an elevator or long walks to the room. Parking was free and not a problem at all.

The only thing is I recommend maybe get an upstairs room because downstairs you can hear the people above walking and stomping all day especially early morning and moving stuff around. Pretty thin ceiling. But downstairs was nice with the patio and easy access to the pool. Breakfast was ok. Don’t expect too much. Had small containers with eggs, bacon and potatoes. I understand because there is not too much room to have a big breakfast area. but it was nice to at least have something and they kept it refilled as much as they could.

Exceptional stay! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well appointed. You cannot go wrong when staying at a Best Western facility. We will definitely be booking this hotel when we come back to Long Beach.

Loved the affordability, location and the pool and spa. Loved the fact that even in December they still have it open and available to use. The room we stayed in was spacious. We loved the fact that you could move the beds to accommodate a sleeping play pen in the middle of the beds for a baby to sleep. They had a decent Continental breakfast. Loved that they had a decent size mini fridge and a microwave. Very close to the freeway.

A few things needed fixing or repairs such as the fan in the bathroom made a loud sound. The shower was really slow to drain and the initial smell of the room was unique. Not good not bad just odd, couldn't pin point what it was. The beds were sqeeky but comfy. Parking can be limited. Breakfast I believe was from 7-9am. We would have preferred if they extend the time at least until 11am as most of the time we woke up at 10. Las but not least the bathroom had an acordian door with no handle so it wasn't the best choice for privacy. For a couple with kids it worked ok but if your traveling with friends or other people and would like a little more privacy maybe request a room with an actual bathroom door with a lock if they have one. But over all these things were not a deal breaker.

Overall, it was a fine room but upgrades in rooms and cleaning would go a long way.

The coffee was good, but the rest of the breakfast wasn't very appetizing.

Breakfast and overall room quality was lacking. The room was dirty with walls that has liquid stains that looked like they could have been cleaned easily from spilled liquids near the trash cans. The water temperatures would randomly change for a couple seconds to either freezing cold or scorching hot. The beds were worn out and curved into the center of the bed.

We came for a family reunion. The hotel was great and we recommend it and stay there again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great. We felt safe and comfortable. Room was spacious. Our favorite part was the patio and little putting green out back of our room. It made it so nice to visit with our other family that we're staying at the hotel as well.

Cleanliness could have been a little bit better. The hotel could use some attention on maintenance and cosmetic updates.

Awful

Never came to clean room for the entire stay. 4 nights. Beds were worn out and uncomfortable. Showers were either too hot or ice cold. a/c not working properly. Had to request clean towels and toilet paper. Had to empty out our own trash. There was a queen size mattress left in the parking lot. Requested to speak to the manager and front desk said that management would call us and they never did. Picture on your site is misleading for this property. What is shown is not what you get. Rating on your site show that this hotel is rated 4.5 when it should only be a 2. Very disappointing!!!

Bad and horrible!

Staff was friendly

The room was so disgusting! The bathroom door was so outdated it didn’t close properly. And so old fashioned and not very clean. The room had a smell and was not very clean as well. Location was sketchy and I am a girl who was traveling with my friend and my room was on the corner next to the street. Felt so uncomfortable and the sliding door leading out to a patio was full of spiders, webs, and very very unwelcoming! I don’t really like to give bad reviews but yeah I wasn’t expecting that. I guess you get what you pay for ?!

Horrible location staff doesn’t clean the rooms until you check out

I didn’t like I did not like anything about this location

The first thing was the first night we got there the toilet stopped up second of all they did some remodeling, but the door did not fit the frame and it looked like our door was open and we felt uncomfortable and unsafe. The third thing is they didn’t even clean our room my granddaughter had an accident on the bed. Nobody came to dump the trash or change our linen and we were told they don’t clean up until after the third day now I feel that if we’re staying there spending two nights they didn’t have to change the sheets, but they could’ve cleaned our room and dumped the trash And giving us new linen so I will never stay at this location. They did not have an elevator we had to carry our luggage upstairs and I was just not happy. The beds were very old and worn down. We did not get a good night sleep and all the money that they make. I’m sure they can purchase new mattresses so I’m still exhausted because I did not rest.

Motel 6 at a Beat Western Plus Price. stayed at both a Contort Inn and Extended Stay nearby. both are less and better value. The gym is a remote location and the rooms face a major through fare. Be ready for road noise. If you’re looking for a hotel with gym and a good nights sleep - look elsewhere

I like that the rooms have no carpet. I also liked that there is a washer and dryer on site. Breakfast is available.

The front lobby staff was not very friendly. When I showed up to check in he did not seem like he wanted to assist me. I did not appreciate his lack of attention. The room is comfortable but it is old. The bathroom was clean, but it could definitely use an update. The breakfast was very limited, so I was not impressed. We went out for breakfast.

PERFECT Get-a-Way!!!!

The property was beautiful. Perfect size complex. I appreciated getting a room on ground floor since I am unable to climb stairs. Our room was lovely & our view outside our sliding glass door was perfect & so close to the pool!!! Thank you. It was a great time together for my two sons & myself as we were close to the beach & many restaurants. Clean room as well throughout. Staff was kind & very accommodating!!!! I'm sure the breakfast was good as I saw others enjoying it & it smelled good too. We decided to skip breakfast so we could get to beach before the crowd. Thank you for everything!! OH!!! The parking was outstanding......everyone had their own spot!!!!(good planning)

I don't think I would ever stay again after this expierence.

The location was great and the staff was very friendly.

My husband got sick because the air filters where very dirty and our room had an AWFUL smell the whole stay. Our toilet also kept not wanting to flush and our bathtub seemed not fully cleaned.

Convenient location. Roadway wasn't too busy. Everything was clean.

Parking was an issue. Bed was VERY soft. There was an issue with key cards during check-in.

Room wasn't fully clean and the towels were stiff and stained. Our lock on the door with the key card didn't work at all so we left valuables in our car.
