Staff was super friendly, convenient, and affordable.

They had like a snack area and stuff was super expensive and if you don't have a credit card you wouldn't be able to get anything also they had soups and stuff but did not have any utensils to eat it with so if you bought a soup you had to use your fingers which I dont understand why you sell soup and not have forks to go with it.

Room was clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. Using the microwave was setting off the fire alarm and the staff came and changed the microwave right away.

Room has smell of cigarettes which is only noticeable after a while once the door has been closed for a while. We had a courtyard room and for some reason the courtyard was flooded with bright white lights which made it hard to sleep.

It was conveniently located near a Starbucks and the highway. The staff was pleasant, and the pool looked clean, though we didn't use it.

I stayed for 5 nights at this property but i am really very much disappointed by the front desk lady Sandy (photo attached) she was really so rude and misbehaved with me . I was half an hour late for checking out the room and i requested my refund that i did at the time of checkin incase of any damage and she just said you are late by half an hour so you have to pay 25 dollar i requested her not to deduct any amount and she replied really in very rude and very unmannered way that either you want me to refund 25$ or nothing. It was to frustrating for me and i cant even imagine that i stayed there for 5 days and paid them 500 dollar and she just didn’t even care about this all money i paid to them. Although it was no where mentioned that they will charge an extra amount if you are late to check out and although nobody came to ask to checkout as i was half an hour late . I am frequent traveller to different destinations normally they call you and ask for checkout and even they give one hour more to the time of checkout and don’t charge for anything so therefore this hotel is doing fraud in the name taking money of 50$ deposit at the time of checking in case of any damage but they never mentioned if you check out half an hour late you have to pay for extra charges of 25$ . All of above they lady sandy on front desk needs to have some classes as needed in this hotel industry how to give hospitality to your customers. I am so frustrated by her behaviour and would not recommend any one to stay in such shitty place with such staff .

The best Motel 6, you will stay in Southern California

This is the best Motel 6 I’ve ever stayed at. It is so clean, checking in and out is very easy. Some of the staff isn’t the best but I understand. It’s a job. Love to stay here.

NEVER BOOK ME AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN - FOR ANY REASON

Clean facilities

The manager is heartless and a bully. I stay at Motel 6 because I have a 20 year old dog - who is dying. He can't run at all & when he tries to walk he goes sideways and almost falls over. If I let him walk next to me he can shuffle along and kind of correct himself. If anyone approaches him he wants to say hi and becomes very happy (he's nearly blind.) But this manager threatened to throw me out if I didn't have him on a leash. NO ONE at the hotel was in ANY way offended (I have to walk the speed of a turtle - barely - to go slow enough to allow him to walk/keep up.) If I use a lease it confuses him and he goes in a circle getting twisted up in the leash, makes it difficult for him to go potty. But I did it for the sake of peace w the manager despite it being cruel to the dying dog. But the manager got WORSE not better. The dog dirtied the sheets one day with a small amount of blood and urine (he has cancer) so I went TO her and PAID HER for the sheets. But she didn't let me KEEP the sheets I HAD PAID FOR and insisted on not letting me keep & wash the sheets to use for my stay without using other sheets. I HAD to use brand new sheets - and she would come to my room WITH THE MAID and yell at me insisting they change the new sheets, when I wanted to use the sheets I PAID FOR to be able to clean the same sheets by myself (my room was right next to the washers.) She threatened to throw me out of the hotel. I came and OFFERED to leave if she would transfer my prepaid days remaining (I prepaid 28 days) to the other Motel 6 in Westminster - but she refused, so I had to stay.

I would stay here again.

I always book the quadruple room because it's way more spacious than a regular room. The microwave and fridge were running perfectly. The only thing was there was a hair frozen in the freezer part 😂 lol. Other than that, the room was very clean and the property was very clean. The bed was really soft and comfy! The AC also worked great.

Only thing about motel 6's that I don't like is that the windows seem to be paper thin. I was able to hear the cars and traffic all night and the fridge was kinda loud but I was able to sleep through it so not a huge bother.

I Feel like I was Robbed by the Front desk staff when they refused to give my deposit back.

The Staff has a Fraud scam going on with the $50.00 Deposit at the front desk when checking out, they go to verify if anyone smoked and claim I or my friend smoked inside but did not, they refused to returned deposit or show me personally the violation, I’m Absolutely Positive no one smoked . I asked to show me n was denied entry to verify there findings. I Checked out on 4-24-2-25 at 8:30 .

For the most part, the experience went well. There was a lot of noises in the facility itself by hotel guests, and there were a lot of police visits. The manager herself was not very friendly however, the workers were they accommodated accordingly very nice.

With anything that involves Customer Service I never like employees coming across as though you are a bother or inconvenience. We are there for a reason we need needs met and we should never feel uncomfortable being that we’re out of our home already. It should be an extra. Effort to make somebody feel comfortable.

North or South Westminster Motel 6; Both are outstanding to me!!

I had checked out of MOTEL 6 WESTMINSTER SOUTH LOCATION ON A SAT MORNING BEFORE THE 28th day. My friend came and picked me up and for that day and the night, went to my friend's house. Early Sunday morning, while still at my friend's house, another friend let me know he could give me a ride to check into the hotel! So I took him up on it. Unfortunately, it was like 6:30/7:00 in the morning. I called the South location (which the staff is amazing at as well) and my favorite lady who works as a manager in the front office lmk they were SOLD OUT!! I asked her to 'Call the Westminster North Location to check for a room, for me, and also to see IF THERE WAS ANY WAY I COULD CHECK IN THAT EARLY'?!? She did! She ACTUALLY CALLED ME BACK TOO!! I was advised 'there was ONLY ONE ROOM LEFT'!! SHE TOLD ME I HAD TO GET THERE QUICK, FIRST COME FIRST SERVE AND YES, SHE WOULD CHECK ME IN EARLY, WITHOUT A FEE!! Long story short, I got the last room, for an amazing price and no fee for the early check in. As I was finishing up paying for the room and getting my room key, a lady came in who was sent away because I did indeed get the last room!! Both of the women who were working that rainy, cold Sunday morning went ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME!!! IF YOU EVER GET TO STAY @THE NORTH LOCATION, ROOM #275 IS AWESOME!! THE ROOM HAS TWO WINDOWS, IT IS VERY SPACIOUS, AND ON THE END! THE ROOM WAS CONVENIENTLY LOCATED by the staircase!! Way to go Front desk staff, friendly housekeepers at both motels, and a great manager who is behind the scenes, and he applies credits when necessary (like during a power outage at the South Location, towards the end of my stay!!)I would answer will stay at this motel and the other (North and South locations) Motel 6 Westminster again soon, when I'm back in that area!!!

The South location is not as nice and as remodeled as this North Westminster Location. This hotel has been remodeled and it's so spacious and the amenities are very nice!! I like the staff!! Every morning they were kind, communicative with me, and welcoming, as I kept extending my stay! Thanks Motel 6 Staff and Managers!!
