Clean room decent breakfast

all the table lamps had shorts in the wiring! If you shook the fixtures the bulbs would go on and off! You could see where somebody who didn't know what they were doing removed the one-off switch and tried to wire them direct!very dangerous! I'm a 40 yr. Union electrician!

Wifi was terrible. It was really slow n lags all the time. Speed is up to 15bps max. It needs to upgrade it..... Breakfast was good but the food was the same everyday. I stayed 5 days. 3rd day, I have to eat out..

Proximity to Little Saigon. Safe, quiet surroundings. We needed to stay past our checkout time and the gentleman working at the front was very accommodating.

Convenient to Goldenwest district and where we wanted to be the next morning.

Musty smell hit as soon as we entered the room. AC kept shutting off intermittently no matter how low we set the temp so the room got hot for 10 min periods

We leant to stay there again, but far away from the dogs!

At 6am, dogs started barking so loudly we were woken up and the noise got worse and worse!!! It was awful! Turned out, our room was next to the Wags Adoption facility!

Our hot tub didn’t work so we called the front desk and with water in the tub she steps inside to start working on it, takes off her socks and shoes and goes into the tub, never in my life have I seen this. Just for the problem to not get solved

Overall, we were VERY pleased. Location was excellent for us. Being moderately handicapped, the facility basically met those needs. Although we would have enjoyed a bit more variety with breakfast, it was still excellent, and the waffles were perfect!!! Staff was always ready to please and help :)

Being moderately handicapped, the floor in the tub was somewhat slippery which kept us cautious. A double sink would have been nice and more towel hangers would have been helpful, as well as extra trash bags readily available,

The suite setup was perfect the beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was fresh with good assortment of items. Hotel was convenient distance to amusement park. This is my family’s preferred place to stay when we visit Knotts Berry Farm because of convenience and cleanliness. Highly recommended this hotel.
