Their bedding was not decent, there’s holes in it. Their pillow cases do not smell like it was washed nicely. Other people there were so loud and even banged the door loudly, I got scared. I will not book there ever. I have to reset the key every time I go out, so annoying.

I was overcharged the front desk asked me to pay cash or they will charge me an additional 5 for the credit card payment

Absolutely nothing.

Staff, including owner very rude, unable to use office restroom upon early arrival, room wasn't ready. Owner only accepted $50 dollar cash for deposit or " I could go elsewhere". No toilet paper in room, heater in room didn't work properly, transients roaming the parking lot, too much to list.

Pleasant

The bedding could have had less age and burn holes, the 3 pillows were flat. The bathroom had a musty smell with mold in the shower, the towels felt like sandpaper. For the money I paid it shouldn't have been that bad. And don't use the plug in the bathroom they don't have GFI outlets so not up to code or safe.

The best place to stay in southern

The location is comfortable and modern and it’s beautifully decorated comparable to high end hotels. The beds are nice and it’s worth every penny. It feels like home away from home.

Not enough toilet paper just a 1/2 used roll in room, needed another large towel, no shampoo or conditioner,no way to keep water for bath,no coffee maker in room noisy ac/heater
