Run down motel pretending to be a 3 star hotel

Location was convenient

Princess Inn has very very thin walls. It's basically an old run down motel pretending to be a 3 star hotel. The extremely loud car noise from the main road was awful. The building is located directly on Beach Blvd. Very uncomfortable atmosphere, dirty, very run down and very disruptive so basically no sleep. No security on site. No gates. Zero sense of safety. I traveled with my 2 young children. I regret booking this place. Staff was rude. Tried to leave after the first night and asked for refund for my second night. Their policy is a NO REFUND POLICY. Will never be coming back here. Warning others to take caution before deciding to stay here.

Nothing about this property was good. Everything was bad. From customer service, to the cleanliness of the room to my own safety.

When I entered the room the bed was not made, desk chair was in the middle of the room like someone was just sitting in it and the window was open. I did not feel safe at this location and immediately backed out of the room.

Okay for one night stay and your options are few.

Comfortable bed and bed linens. Arm chair was sturdy and not saggy. Bathroom fixtures were good quality.

No coffee machine anywhere on the property. Three clothes hangers for 2 people. Desk chair had no back structure and when you lean back you would tilt backwards so easily and so far that it shocked me and my wife. 3 stories high but only one room deep. Road noise.

TV malfunction, no toilet seat (room 201). Key cards are always malfunctioning. An unfortunate street person knocking on my door disoriented waking me up. Parking lot gets crowded with people sleeping in their vehicles.

A nice and cozy Inn for the price — nothing fancy.

Clean and comfortable. Amenities provided in the room were impressive for an Inn and everything in the room worked. Abundant parkings. Gotta say it is the best Inn/Motel that I’ve ever stayed.

It was only 20 minutes from the beach

It was really dirty. The furniture and bed had stains all over the place. The floor looks like it had not been cleaned in a long time. There was no security lock. There was a hole in the screen for the window. It cost almost $200 for one night and there were no amenities… not even a pool. I also got double charged and currently disputing it.

Could have been cleaner and the shower curtain was too short, so when you showered water went out to the floor, no matter what you did.
