Covered smoking area was a draw to bring us back. 24 hour pool & hot tub definitely brought us back again. Living room area available for a small difference in price. Plus full size refrigerator.

Room had stove & even dishwasher. Included pans. Yet no plates bowls or silverware.

Convenient location for downtown show. Nice spacious room. Garage parking out of the rain.

The person who checked us in didn’t give us any information on breakfast, so we missed it by 5 min! The morning clerk found us a muffin. The key card shuts off at exactly 11am so my husband got locked out of the garage door, and had to walk all the way around the building to help me carry our things to the car.

While in many ways an ordinary property, the La Quinta Eugene impressed with the helpful staff and fresh cookies at 7

Nice lobby, friendly helpful reception who accommodated our bicycles. Breakfast was plentiful and well looked after. The pool and fit tub were great. One side of the hotel had a park setting

The other side had car park setting With drivers access the car lot at high speed through the hotel’s parking lot.

Too noisy

We didn't have breakfast. I was scheduled for a surgery.

It would be nice if 50% of the rooms would have a recliner in them. Also the noise level was terrible. The people above us took a shower at 1:30 am and was walking VERY heavy for the next 3 - 4 hours, then it sounded like someone was swimming in the bathroom. Needless to say, we didn't get much sleep.

It’s was ok.

I liked the location and staff.

I didn’t like the price. It was over priced due to University of Oregon students moving in. They took advantage of the parents that were dropping off their kids. I mean it’s a smart marketing tool but damn. The hotel is maybe $149 a night not $360. I booked my room because the pictures showed a full kitchen. So I planed my trip to cook in the hotel to save money . Nope that didn’t happen, only certain rooms come with stoves. The room had an odor, bathroom had ceiling stains and grout was molded, and there were several spiders in my room. Very disappointed in my stay.

Great Value and Comfort on the Road

The room was clean and well-equipped, and the staff were very friendly. Check-in and check-out were smooth. We enjoyed the pool and spa, and also appreciated the convenient location right by the freeway, making it a quick and easy stop on our trip.

The facility was a bit dated, which was understandable for the price.

Because we knew the “find my” location of the watch in a Eugene apartment, the manager was able to recover it for us. >> Bright mercury vapor light stream in our window from the car dealer.

Towels were Tiny! I hated the shampoo/condition and the bar of soap. Closer to a train that woke me up twice, the card said fresh baked cookies 7-9pm And we checked twice and there were no cookies:(

It was a great stay!

The rooms were clean and quiet, which is all I really ask for from a hotel! Breakfast was good, and one of the ladies who was in charge of that always stopped to chat with our toddler in the morning. The front desk was very helpful with the couple of questions we had. It's attached to a walking trail for a really pretty park along the river with ducks and herons, and the trail is almost all groomed so it was stroller friendly. Overall a very pleasant experience, but I expect nothing less from a La Quinta.

Pillows were uncomfortable, but it's always a coin toss with hotel pillows.

One family decided to commandeer the pool/spa area for multiple hours, but that wasn't the hotel's fault!

An unpleasant stay.

Breakfast went well; coffee and muffins were good.

My room wasn't serviced for the two days of my stay, even though I left early enough in the morning to make sure they did the cleaning, and it never happened every single day, my room was number 208, why they missed the same room? I have to call the front desk to supply towels and clean sheets every day, that was absurd. I paid for the room the three nights for the same value without receiving the service I deserved, that was not what I expected. Disappointed customer.

Everything! The location next to the river and park was great. Quiet overall, although the nearby train can be heard it doesn't run at night. The room was very clean and comfortable, and amenities were what we expected. Walk to local eats was nice also.

AC/ fan in the room was a little loud but likely just needs a tune up. We slept well regardless.

The room was large

Train tracks & whistle VERY close. There was an exterior light outside our window and no way to close the curtains. We found a sock and a pair of underwear behind on of the beds.
