The hotel is downtown in a very good location. The room was clean and comfortable. Although there was no real area to eat breakfast they provided some good options to take back to the room. There is a Whole Foods store directly across the street.

This hotel is very conveniently located. The room and gym and breakfast snacks were great!

The grab and go breakfast was very good. The location was great! Near restaurants and Whole Foods market. The weight room was very good. The street/train noise was minimal.

When checking out, the attendant at the front desk was staring at her phone and never looked up nor did she ever acknowledge my presence after a few attempts at getting her attention. I finally dropped the keys and left. Very strange.

Location, good rates, very clean. As an older property, it has issues, but is very well-managed.

Staff, clean environment, housekeeping, comfortable bed, quiet (surprisingly). Excellent towels and condition, quality toiletries, decent coffee, good desk chair.

Aging heat unit was very loud, all instructions were worn off so controlling it was trial and error. Since there were no blankets, the heat needed to be higher than usual at night to stay warm, and so loud I had trouble sleeping. Towel bar placed poorly (and is coming off the wall) so I ran into it every time I went to the sink or bathroom. Lamp by the bed was unplugged and the plug-in is behind the bed. Refrigerator/freezer needed defrosting and froze my food. Breakfast was mostly starches and sugars.

The water is so terrible I couldn’t even brush my teeth with it (might be a city issue, idk), the room felt very humid when we got in, air conditioner doesn’t work very well, bathroom fan didn’t work as it should which explained the humidity, door to the next room over wasn’t locked (felt like our stuff wasn’t safe) little bugs of some kind in the bathroom I kept killing.

It’s a decent place to stay if you don’t need to use to sofa bed!

Very clean and wonderful staff.

The pull out sofa bed was like a spring filled box without padding. We had to sleep on the sofa itself which would have been fine if the child was small, but he’s 6’1” and one of the smaller disabled seniors had to sleep on the sofa itself which was not very comfortable for her.

My daughter absolutely loved how "Boujee" your room was! She called it that, because you had Dove for hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner! It was so much better than another stay we had at a different place on the Oregon Coast! Thank you for such kindness!!

Well run lodging.

Staff was very accommodating. I arrived right at 4 pm. However the room I was assigned was not ready. So they found me another room. This room had a slight problem with slow draining water in the bathroom. So I was upgraded to the suite which was very nice.

The rooms had a very strong "CarpetFresh" aroma. Especially the initial room I was in. This was not pleasant and I would prefer just a thoroughly clean room with out the perfume add-on.

The Inn was located close to the U of O campus and it was clean and comfortable.

What I liked most about the Campus Inn was the renovation of the room. Our room was recently painted, our bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. Pets were allowed.
