Simple and has everything you need

I loved the simplicity of the rooms. I really appreciated the desk in the room as well. The view was nice! I chose this hotel based on the breakfast and it did not disappoint! It was nourishing and filling.

I booked this room because I thought I would have access to the hot tub. After a long day of work, that really sounded great to me. I was informed that the hot tub is not in order or they don't have one anymore.

The bed was hard as a rock. Being handicapped with bad back and knees made it hard to sleep. The pillows were so tiny they were like little kid pillows.

It was comfortable enough, but the price was too much especially on Friday night!

Right next to the marina, and one block from the main road. Loved the pictures on the walls and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Loved the breakfast downstairs too! The staff were friendly and helpful!

Run down looking swimming pool, cob webs in our room in the upper corners and outside on the balcony. Main hallway on the third floor needs painting!

Great location. Half an hour walk to the Harbour. Big property. Spacious rooms. Comfortable bed.

Needs net curtains on the ground floor where we are - the windows face right onto the street. There isn't enough space for breakfast at rush hour. Would have loved a piece of bacon or sausage.

A great find for a nice stay in Port Townsend. We will go back and stay at the Harborside again.

Great for what we needed

The location was great, big patio, spacious room.

The hotel and room was very dated. We had to unplug and replug our cable to get it to work each time we turned on the tv. The pillows are so so old and lumpy from so much washing. The bathroom was filthy. The shower was covered in pink residue that would come off if there was some scrubbing instead of wiping. We didn't use the shower at all. The bathroom walls by the toilet were also very dirty.

Staff recommended good restaurants. The price was very good, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean, however.....

The bed smelled like a wet dog. When I told the staff she said "Oh well all ground floor rooms are the pet rooms". Also, the bathtub shower combo grout had mold.

decent inn at decent price

this place serves as a decent place to stay and good value for the money spent, the included breakfast is a bonus, it was simple but not having to go hunt for food early in the morning is such a plus esp when travelling with young kids.

they advertise a pool during summer, but the pool is covered and looks like being in the process of being dismantled, should not advertise a pool if there isn't one or be clear about it being non-functional

Not worth what we paid

Breakfast was weak. Like what you get at a convenience store. It held us over until we got to a restaurant

No ac in the room! On the bottom floor we didn’t feel safe leaving the slider open for air . Maybe a ceiling fan could be installed and the room was very outdated. Bed was comfortable but I had my own pillow.

Good view overlooking work boats in the marina. The bed was so comfortable. Good shower over bath. Housekeepers came in every day and attended to the room very well. There was a good selection of food available for breakfast. But I would give it 3 out of 5 stars

Liked the location, breakfast included, nice room, and reasonable price!

This is an older hotel so the room is appropriately clean but there is no ac. We stayed in May. Our room was on the second floor and could leave the balcony door open to cool the room. The vent fan in the bath was obnoxiously loud - there is no good reason for poor maintenance on vent fans! Either clean them or replace them!
