Nice size bathroom, enough room for wheelchair use. Very much appreciated a walk in shower rather than a bathtub that you have to step into.
We came in early and the front desk indicated that the room requested wasn't available and switched us to another room on the same floor. We've been at this hotel before and are well aware there isn't an elevator, so staying on the 2nd floor was important to us. Didn't realize however that it was a much smaller room than the one we stayed in previously and in the very early morning we would have extended noise from the garbage/recycling truck. No matter though, it's just something else to remember to ask about the next time we book.

No elevator. The ceilings are high so the stairs are long!

It was fun to stay in a lovely historic building instead of a generic hotel. Our room had brick walls and lots of windows. The room was spacious and the small kitchenette very functional for simple meals. We enjoyed the decorated sitting rooms. Great location for walking around downtown Port Townsend. Staff members were friendly. Easy check out -- just drop your keys in the box.
The only issue was the parking lot was filled on a Saturday afternoon, but we found street parking nearby. This might be more difficult during high season.

Beds were comfortable. Coffee bar well stocked. Soaking tub was nice.
Location is perfect!
Noise from child running around upstairs late and early the next morning as well. Very strong smell of pizza from next door business.
