The room was very clean, the tub was large and worth the money, the balcony was nice.

The balcony was nice but moved at every step, the bathroom counters are a bit outdated, and the shower was very small, which is understandable for the tub.

Disappointing overnight stay in building 600

A great location in Fort Bragg. This seems like it could be a good option for travelers with pets (though we were not). The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. There is a mini fridge in the bathroom. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had friends who were also staying at the inn in the owner's suite and they did not have any issues.

The first room we checked into (603) smelled so strongly of pet urine it was overpowering. We asked for another room and were placed in a room next door that smelled better, but still not very fresh. Our room was on the first floor, so we heard the guests above early in the morning; we also heard several dogs barking. Soundproofing is not very good. We only stayed one night and I think that is the maximum I would have been able to handle.

Overall it was a nice stay and we would book there again.

The room was nice, spacious and as described. We enjoyed the balcony. It's in a nice location just a short drive from the main areas of Fort Bragg.

We had a little difficulty with the bathroom sink, which was extremely tight and difficult to use - initially we both thought it was broken. But it was fine once we figured it out. Only other minor issue was the room wasn't ready at 3pm, so we had our key but had to stand outside for about 30 minutes while housekeeping finished it.

No air conditioning, had to sleep with balcony door open for air, felt very unsafe. Didn't sleep well because of that. Went to check out, had to wait over a hour because they didn't open until 8am. Asked for receipt and they said I would have to get that from booking.com only.. I would not recommend.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and the bathroom was very large.

The rooms have no AC, no during the middle of the day in the summer, it gets VERY muggy. Our building faced the street so all we heard all day and all night was cars passing. You could barely see the sea like you could at the Beachcomber. The was ZERO breakfast, all they had was some juice and granola bars. Like what?? Most hotels offer continental with ACTUAL food. The parking lot was poorly built so getting in and out if youre parked at the end of the lot is extremely difficult.

The room size on top of eachother. Our water heater went out during our stay causing a loud banging noise. I could hear our neighbors conversations so for me, it wasnt a great stay.is small and it seems as if everyone is stacked right

Our stay was, overall, very pleasant.

There w as no breakfast. The location was great. Locked our key cards in room. Realized later that night after office was closed. Followed directions posted on door. Was immediately helped by very pleasant support staff.👍👍

Wash cloth has residule makeup on it. It seemed to have been washed but stained. Not OK. However was given clean washcloth immediately. Not crazy about color of carpet. Couldn't really tell if it was clean or not.

They were very accommodating. The called to let us ask when we were arriving and let us know where to check in if we were late. Our dog was given a welcome bag with treats and an extra sheet. No extra charge! They are very friendly and provided tips on restaurants.

Restful and Relaxing

The rooms are very clean, beds fairly comfortable, bedding very nice. The best thing was the balcony overlooking the estuary and the little private cemetery across the street, great for quick walks. Fort Bragg is a quick drive away and a very charming little town to explore.

Depending on who the other guests are, it can be a bit noisy. We like to stay on the ground floor to avoid lugging bags up stairs. The first night there were really loud people above us. After that, much better.

The check in was very easy and the host was very nice. The bed was the most comfortable.

Our bathroom had quite a few ants in and around the shower. Lighting was a bit overdone so we turned the seven lights over the sink off and used less lighting.

The Beach House Inn is in a great location, had very friendly staff and the rooms were very clean.

The only negative was that we could hear the people next door and above us. Thankfully, it wasn’t at bedtime so it wasn’t a big deal.
