I never booked potentially this hotel. I don’t know how I just checked the price after second day. I received email this hotel already booked and I request many time please cancel, but you guys never cancel it. This is not good. Business treat to customer.

It was a very nice stay over all. Only inconvenience was they only provided us with 3 towels yet we were a family of 4. The front desk was very friendly and and gave us a free upgrade. The two bedrooms separated by a door was wonderful! The heater worked very well. Cafe 1 in on property and is amazing ($$$ though) but location is central to many options to eat. Felt safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Was upgraded to two king beds , seperate bedrooms extremely comfy mattresses! Everything was super clean and fresh, large flatscreen TV with Roku! The restaurant next-door was very good, great coffees, super price point! Staff very friendly! Would stay there again!

The whole place was outdated, flush was slow. Foot of one bed was directly facing the door the opens directly to the parking lot. Price was too high when I paid for it (expedia). This is not worth reserving a space ahead for.

This was so much better than expected. The price was great and the manager (I think) was so helpful and friendly. The room was very nice and clean and the pull up parking was perfect for the rainy. Will 100% be back and recommend to all.

Front desk staff was friendly. Location was very close to glass beach (10 mins walk). Back of hotel was an alley way and trash pick up was early in the morning (very noisy). Sheets were cleaned. Older hotel so it shows. Overall, it was decent for price and location to glass beach.

The hotel was unclean, garbage in the room, the bed was made, there was no soap or shampoo. The TV was broken and not connected. We arrive late, but the front desk person was very nice and apologetic. We will never stay at this hotel again, we almost deserve a refund.

reminds of a Shady Lanes motel, but it was okay. my guy at the front resk to check in was cool and the place was for sure the right price. For what it was, and for what it cost, it was about what you'd expect. Watet pressure sucked abd hot water was coming rrom the oyher side of the pacific with how long it took. Diner attached had a solid brealfast but it was the same price as a San Francisco Hilton Buffet. I mean for 2 plates with 3 eggs, 1 pc sourdough toast, 2 pcs bacon and some potatoes and a coffee was $64. kinda steep for a plact thats kind if a dive.

Parking area has a easy access and enough space for your vehicles. Staff is super cool and friendly. Complimentary wifi, Roku so you can log into streaming apps, beds are super comfortable and nice restroom with a good shower! Will reserve in the future.

I see a lot of complaints on conditions but your have to remember, you’re in an old building on a coast. Coastal moisture and air quality is different from inland. I personally understand it and get it therefore I enjoyed my stay. Thank you staff for the friendliness and care!
