Very much liked location near the ocean. The room was clean and everything adequate for our family of 2 adults and 2 toddlers.

I didn't like that the rate quoted for the 1st night was not what I was charged on my credit card (higher by several dollars) and I especiially didn't appreciate that additional charges (over $300) were added to my card, and then subtracted from my credit card but several days later! This is in addition to the charge for the two nights. Frankly, I felt I was scammed and for this reason I would not stay @ this hotel again.

It was a pet friendly room which meant that they were set up for pets. The floors were hardwood and they had a dog bowl and dog towels.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and spacious.

The entrance and exit locations are confusing and they’re not well designed. And the room rate was a little bit high considering it’s an inn.

Room was clean, service at the front was great. Luckily we were here in the off-season so it wasn't too busy. Wish we had time to do the mini-golf.

Seemed like a rougher crowd was staying in the other building, but luckily we were in the building across the street.

No breakfasts. My husband has brain cancer and this was to get away for a bit. But he started to not feel well, so we ended up leaving a day earlier than expected. Nothing to do with the hotel.

Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. We found the staff to be welcoming and friendly.

The room was spacious and very clean. We requested to be upstairs so there wouldn't be the potential for noise from people walking above us. There were plenty of towels available.

We found the room temperature a bit too warm. We didn't use any heating but perhaps it warmed up from the sunny weather. I know that this may be a personal preference and not at all be an issue for other guests, I am from a cooler country.

Great value for a comfortable stay

Great location - walking distance to Noyo River Grill and just a few minutes drive from everything else! Room was spacious and very comfortable. Beds were great and the table was much appreciated. We also really enjoyed having a fan in the room as it would have been stuffy without it.

We had a room right at the front corner so we were very close to the road (noisy with window open and felt less safe to keep the windows open for airflow overnight). Not a deal breaker at all, just not ideal.

Pick a different hotel if you want air-conditioning and a clean stay

The location was amazing. It was very close to Seaglass Beach.

It was filthy. There was trash everywhere. There were crows ripping trash apart in the parking lot. There were empty beer cams everywhere and somebody looked like they dumped an empty cooler full of empty beer cans on the steps to go up. We had to check in at one location and drive to another location. It was hot and sweaty, and the rooms have no air-conditioning whatsoever. We had to call because the remote control and the TV didn’t work. It took forever for them to send somebody to fix it. The value is not there. This place has way too much deferred maintenance. You have to slam the doors to get them to shut. Everything was dingy and dirty and needed a deep deep cleaning.

Large room, very comfy bed, extremely clean. Good quality toiletries. Receptionist really friendly and welcoming.

Great place for families and pets!

All of the employees were pleasant and very helpful! Our room was spotless, with no odors, and it was a pet friendly room! The welcome basket for our puppy was so nice! The beds are comfortable, soft linens. There were plenty of towels, and even one just for the puppy. There were also 2 fans in the room, which is great because I'm one of those 365 days a year fan people 😉

My only wish was that there were a few more coffee pods in the room. We were given more upon request, but it would have been nice to have them already in the room. We were booked for 3 days and it would have been easy to stock the room ahead of time.

Quiet and relaxing

Quiet and relaxing. Our room was secluded which allowed us to have the TV on all night which my spouse needs to be able to sleep.

The clubhouse and Mini Golf closes too early.. Was looking forward to having more fun with the kids at the hotel at the end of the day but had to delay getting dinner in order to do golf.

Parking was very good. The mini golf course was good. They were good about extra towels. Room was clean.

The bathroom window was broken, the shower door was broken, the lock on the bathroom door was broken. There was no air conditioning and they had portable fans and they where very dirty.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff on reception were friendly.

The walls were very, very thin. You could clearly hear people talking in the room next door. When our neighbours went to bed the noise from snoring was awful. Like they were in our room with us!

Good location but not a good choice to stay.

The location is good and close to shopping plaza and grocery market

The room is like oven, it is so hooot even you open the door. The fan used for cooling cannot cool the room.It is useless.The staff only arranged family with kids on the second floor above the office with the statement "kids are noisey and other customers complain".No microwave in the room.The bag for hairdryer is dusty.

I LOVE this place ! When I drive up the coast, this is my home away from home ! I have stayed here at least a dozen times, and so, I am an expert about this place. Stay here, - you will NOT be disappointed !
