Beds were lumpy, fire alarm with no light( not sure if working), water stains in the bathroom, interior doors needed paint, old dusty broken phone on shelf and couldn't get the t.v. to work...ever

The room was freezing. And the fire place on stays on for 4 hours. So all through the night you have to get up and turn it on.

The value and big room
the fact that the bathroom fan didnt work. the floors were so dirty when you walked around with white socks and bare feet they were pretty black. also did not like that the shower did not have shower curtain. and when I told the front desk she was like oh sorry. I will stay there again and I will check the floors and draw attention to it as soon as I get there.

Staff never in the office, she told us breakfast was at 7-10 and when we arrived at 7, she said it was 7:30. She took about five rings of the bell to come out and assist us

It was in fort bragg and i was tired and needed to sleep. Bed wasn’t terrible. Wall-hung electric fireplace was appealing
Bad location in town. People obviously live in the rooms with garbage bags and kids toys outside of rooms. Very noisy location. Difficult to sleep with noise. Mold on walls, needs a rehab.

The tv didn’t work and the front desk lady didn’t mention it. We stayed there due to the power outage in Mendocino and I booked Friday-Sunday since pg&e said service would be restored Sunday night. Well it was restored Saturday afternoon and we asked if we could be refunded for the Saturday night and she rudely said no….

Not clean or well kept. The beds had only 2 cotton sheets with a thin pleated sheet sandwiched in the middle to keep warm. Nothing else on the bed or available. Bare overhead light bulbs and cold hard floors. What was most odd was that there was no place to put a suitcase like on a dresser or table or folding luggage rack. Who rents their rooms that doesn't come with a suitcase? There was a used washcloth on the floor of the bathroom when we arrived, no light bulb in the lamp next to the bed, and the ventilation fan in the bathroom didn't work. This place gave me the impression that people who rent their rooms don't necessarily plan on spending the night.

Drugged out homeless people partying outside my room. When I made staff aware of the problem they tried to assure me that they wouldn't bother me. I'm really surprised that the Wyndham company would endorse this property.

Didn't have a heater that worked in the room mind you I had 2 kids with me if it was just my husband and I it wouldn't of been an issue also the shower made a loud noise when you turned it on and the bathtub looked beyond run down and filthy.
The people in the office could have better customer service as well. And the bedding looked dirty. Thankfully I brought our own blankets and pillows.

The location is great, had hot water
The whole advertisement, the suite was 2 tiny rooms with beds, you could hardly walk around, it said fireplace, it was non working, fridge non working, the shower configuration was strange, as for ocean view we had a pile of dirt in the parking lot, and the parking was just messed up, we couldn't even park by our room, and breakfast was nasty, the lady working the desk only came out of her apartment if you called the number on the door, my family member from out of state said she felt like unwanted company in someone else's house, to be honest I wished we had booked the Motel 6 down the street cheaper and looked so much nicer than this place

I didn't have breakfast. I like having nobody above or below. The property was nice and I was provided a list of attractions with plaques all around to show how far each place is.

Your “Ocean View” is nothing more than a screen pulled over your window with a picture of the Ocean. The TV didn’t turn on, the lights didn’t work, the heater did not work as well. I called the front desk to help with the heater as I was traveling with a newborn and they gave the most attitude, turned it on and left, it was still not working. I thought they were coming back but sure enough he did not. None of the outlets worked so our phones died before our alarms went off.

For the amount of money we paid, almost $200. we expected a lot nicer. The front desk needs customer service trainjng. She burped not once but twice in our faces. No smiles. No welvome in. Nothing, just who are you, here's your keys. The 'kitchenette' was a room with a stove that had no cooking racks and a counter. The hairdryer was one that you attach to a wall, it wasn't, it was jut on the counter. The "fireplace" didn't work. If you are taller than 5'2, good luck taking a shower. If uou are taller than that, you need to squat to get under the shower head. Bedspread looked like it hadn't been washed. We brought in our own blankets and slept with those covering it. Thin walls. Gaps between doors so cold air constantly coming in. Cheapest furniture and amenities was 100% used.

It seems like owners are trying to make this place LOOK better. The custom blinds and gas fireplace are nice
No ocean view despite room description. Bare wires on socket on nightstand, coffee pot has wire nuts showing. USB port not working on nightstand. Main light switch on far side of room. Toilet so close to wall that you can’t sit square on it. No AC, undersized ceiling fan. Visible Electric cords all over wall. Breakfast is served on lobby counter with no seating.

It was the most disappointing hotel experience we've ever had. I've worked in the hotel industry for over 20 years and this MOTEL was unacceptable in so many ways, i.e. cleanliness, sanitary, upkeep, customer service, etc. The pictures on the website was very deceiving... it is not what the rooms or the property looks at all. I consider this false advertisement! Additionally, it made us very uncomfortable to get any sleep. There were people outside our room talking throughout the night. I am really surprised that Wyndham brand is even attached to this property because I've always thought of Wyndham as a reputable name. I would like a refund if possible. We are just not happy.

Had a horrible experience. Could not sleep all night based on how dirty the room was. Crawling with cockroaches. It was too late to change rooms or to leave the location. Spoke with the front desk left one day early never received a refund. Horrible experience will never go back again.
Absolutely filthy. Nothing was working in the room. Paid an extra. Something dollars for the fireplace it did not work. Super dirty floors, super dirty window, spiderwebs, cockroaches bugs, crawling all over the Bible took pictures and video of everything. I plan to post on yelp.

This was the WORST room we have ever visited. Disgusting. Filthy. Smelly. Tiny. Staff was clueless. Upon entering, we were hit with major stink. Then we found a dirty, wet towel hanging on the door that the housekeeping staff forgot to remove. I checked the rest of the towels which were folded on a rack. They were damp - probably from previous guests and never washed. I almost gagged. I didn't even want to think of what the sheets were like. We immediately went to the desk to check out. We refused to stay. We took the filthy towel to the front desk. The woman was clueless. She didn't see the problem. When I told her we were checking out, she looked confused. I asked for a receipt, and she printed one out. We didn't expect a refund, but if they had any integrity, they would have given one. The receipt did not have the correct time, nor did she mark that we were checking out. Perhaps she didn't understand, as there may have been a language barrier. Regardless, we did not stay, and we texted our dissatisfaction and emailed one as well. They were clueless, as the following day we received both text and emails asking how our stay was! Wyndham should not have their name on this place. It has ruined their reputation in our minds, and we will never stay at another Wyndham location.

Paper thin walls, traffic all night long. Old furniture. Batteries low in remote. Bed frame metal and too big. Kept hitting your feet when you get off the bed. Bathroom mold I. Shower. Requested towels since staying 2 days. Only changes every 3 days. Never brought them. Towels paper thin and rough. Only thing good was the bed was soft. Said Ocean View and we got a bling with a picture of an ocean. Lady checking me in didn’t say a word other than your name.
