Friendly front desk worker but forgot to being cot to room. It was after 5 when I called to remind them but it was too late to get it.. The second day we got it.

the room had that typical lingering smell of having been used as a smoking room, probably for decades. it seems to cling to the carpet. it wasn't sparkling clean, but then, it's a motel. fridge/microwave both clean!

Nice room. Very comfortable and clean. Have been here before and enjoyed it. Would go back.

Problem with internet and TV, but was quickly taken care of.

Our room we checked into smelled like smoke even though it was a smoke free room. After attempting to air it out, and we checked in at 11 pm (latest check in time unless approved) so there was nothing we could do for the night… the property was accommodating and gave us a new room immediately when we asked the next day, which also had a stench and we found what we believe to be drug paraphernalia which was quite disturbing. Unfortunately for these reasons we would not stay again.

The accommodation is not bad, and the hotel is fine too. The breakfast is basic but oh well

The most important thing is that they must first manage to fix the bathtub, which is not up to legal standards and is very slippery. There is a risk of breaking your leg without any problem, and then they need to be a bit cleaner, please, because the customer is paying for this. The guy who works at reviews forgot to make me pay for the hotel room and then wrote to me the next day that I had to pay. I thought I had paid, but if you forget something so fundamental and basic, you should change jobs.

The breakfast was definitely lacking. The only blind on the window was broken and didn’t close completely.

Great location. Great staff. Room and bed were so cosy. The staff create such a lovely atmosphere.

Location was good it was pretty quiet

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The stand that held refrigerator was tore up.not a big deal but gave a bad impression when you first walk in.

On a highway. A $75.00 motel for $175.00. Bed good, bathroom floor kinda funky. Just a cheap motel that was expensive

Great location and the staff were all so sweet!

The rooms were dirty and the beds were very uncomfortable.

The room looked fine, clean, roomy.

All was fine until I got up in the morning, turned on the light and discovered my feet and ankles were covered in FLEAS! I rushed to pick them off but there were so many, I was left with a dozen bites. And unfortunately I am very allergic! Horrible! I don't know if the hotel doesn't clean after a pet stay or if some awful person snuck in their flea ridden pet. But this was worse than when I had a flea infestation in my house. I'm washing all my clothes from travel right now in the hope that I didn't bring the fleas back home with me.

It was quiet. The bathroom was nice.

The bed was broken and uncomfortable.

The floor, chair and door in the room were dirty (sticky and grey!) and old, and the fridge leaked water all over our food barely keeping it cool. The motel was very expensive for the value it provided

Large room with a comfortable bed. Parking right at the door to the room. Decent breakfast, but not great.

ALL hotels in California are over-priced compared to the rest of the United States. It is just a fact. Food, gas and other things are also over-priced. For "California-hotels", this one was a decent value.

No vacuuming behind stands and bed,layer of dust 6 plus months old, for the price they should provide real breakfast

The convenience of the location. The helpfulness of the staff. The free breakfast.

Some furniture need to be repaired. Simple things like changing the door covering the refrigerator will help upgrade this motel…

Location was nice.

The room was under repair,shower area was fast painted to get use of the room,all the cut in work wasn't. Sink leaked at the Vanity area, and the electrical had ground fault issues, TV remote volume didn't work,we got new batteries from house cleaning staff were on it. Reason we said nothing is being in Construction for 40 plus years,remodeling takes time. But renting out a room that was rushed to get guest in it... gets these type of reviews.Maybe will try a finished room next time. Regards Rich

I’ve stayed here multiple times and never had a problem, I love the location and the price and I have good memories from lots of trips there.

We checked in then didn’t go to our room we went a got dinner before going to the room and when we got there and we’re excited to eat and sleep because we had an early morning ahead of us we were super disappointed to find our room to be dirty. Towels still used from last person, bed not made up and clearly had just had someone in it and trash in the room. Shouldn’t have been a big deal but they gave us ANOTHER room just for it to be in worse condition than the last. Wet dirty towels all over, bed clearly just been slept in and not changed, trash still left behind along with a used condom. By this point we were upset because it had already taken them 30 minutes to give us this “new room.” The first room we called and they apologized and said they’d handle it. 30 minutes of waiting my girlfriend finally went to the front desk to see what’s going on just for us to get sent to another dirty room. And then the third and final room wreaked like cigarette smoke. Finally we got to eat our dinner by 10 o clock and go to bed. Not normally ones to complain but this was too much negative for $150.

Convenient location

Dirty showers with obvious black mold, couldn’t shower. Don’t book in front of dog lawn, the room smells like dog poop! The awful poop smell makes it hard to sleep at night. Made front desk & management aware, issues not taken seriously & easily dismissed. Customer service didn’t help.

The continental breakfast was lacking in selection. However, there was a McDonald right across the street. :-)

Very cute great location. Staff was good. The room was clean.

The room was outdated but OK, but the bed was terrible! The mattress was an old box spring type that severely dipped and we could feel springs coming through. Rough to try and sleep on. Also the soap dispenser leaks all over the floor.
