Location, friendly staff, room.
The "dog-pen/run" was disgustingly in need of a toughly clean up... would never allow my adult children's Yorkie to enter such a "MESS"...so disappointed. I stayed here a couple years ago and it was sooo nice...I've recommended it for location, convenience and dog walk-ways and play yard :( in the "past"...hopfully, it gets cleaned-up.

The location and the price
i was disappointed in that on the bed they only had a sheet with a table cloth for a comforter. I found out later they had a blanket in the room. I should have given the room a better look around.

Convenient location
After checking in, I had to wait outside my room for 25 mins while the maid cleaned the room. It was past check in time.
