It was good. Only set back is the pancake machine was on the blink, everything else was great good and fresh

I wanted to leave a tip for the housekeeper but they wouldn’t give me cash and had no ATM. I asked for Tylenol or an antihistamine and they didn’t have any- not even in their first aid kit.

Clean, comfortable bed, nice breakfast.

Clean and friendly helpful staff. Comfortable beds and accommodations. My kids enjoyed the pool and they loved the breakfast in the morning.

Was supposed to receive refund for water heater issue. The hotel issued the refund to Booking.com but I've never received it from Booking.com now they won't respond to my emails. I'll never use Booking.com again.

Super clean - seemed new. Pool area was well ventilated so didn't smell damp and musty like many indoor pools.

The receptionist, Natalie was very rude. She first gave a room that was not clean. The next room she gave had an AC that did not work, the front metal cover fell on my feet when I went to check. When we went back requesting another change she was very rude and said she would cancel our booking and we can go elsewhere. This was at 8.30 at night for an advance booking. After a heated exchange she gave the next room which was clean and the ac was working. The property was fine but the staff was deplorable.

Overly priced for a Holiday Inn. The room was ok but not for $500 @ night. Limited amenities- no shower cap, awful coffee ( pods old).

Close to the town, easy to find.

The booking said "with a view," and we were on the bottom floor with a view of the back fence.

Breakfast was great and we loved the pool. Having an indoor pool was one of the reasons we selected this hotel.

The domestic personnel spoke little or no English and when we asked both the domestics and at front desk for extra toilet paper, we never got it. Just needed it as a precaution.

Nothing but the location

Our experience at this property was completely unacceptable. We had to change rooms twice, and neither was clean. In the first room, we found a swimsuit left in the bathroom and food on the floor next to the beds. When we reported this to the front desk, they didn’t apologize—just offered a new room, as if they already knew the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. The second room wasn’t any better. There was an extra comforter tossed on the bed and a book stuck under a pillow. When we asked the front desk to inspect the room, they refused and instead offered us a third room—this one without working air conditioning. We declined, and at that point the staff became rude and told us to either stay in the second room or seek a refund from the third-party booking service. We contacted Booking.com, and the first representative told us that since they couldn’t find a nearby alternative, we would be eligible for a refund. We asked them to wait while we looked for another place ourselves. But when we called back after finding one, the second representative was completely unhelpful. He refused to honor what the first person had said and offered no real support. He told us customer service would follow up after hearing from the property around 9 PM—but by then, without a guaranteed refund, how could we risk paying for a new place? We couldn’t afford to lose that money, and we were left stuck. It felt like no one wanted to take responsibility—Booking.com blamed the property, and the property blamed Booking.com. Later that night, when we returned to the room after dinner, we found a used disposable cup on the counter and old food still sitting in the fridge from a previous guest. We were exhausted, frustrated, and forced to spend the night in a dirty, uncomfortable room. This cost us nearly $500 for one night and was easily the worst hotel stay we have ever had.

Breakfast was very good.

Our door wouldn’t shut unless you pulled really hard on the handle , it was unlocked when we returned after housekeeping came by .

We come once a month to decompress. We love the pool and hot tub and the breakfast. The staff has ALWAYS been amazing

This trip the toilet was shut off, not realizing it till the next morning. Also, keeping the room dust free is important.. I use the top of the closet for my duffle bags, this trip they came down covered in dust...

The key cards didn’t work to get into the pool area & kitchen area from the deck.

I was expecting to use the hot tub and swimming pool both were closed for issues. The manager lied and said that it was posted on the booking site, it was not. Also I was charged for 2 nights and was literally there for 6 hours, so I filled a fraud claim with my bank. Had to move to a different hotel. The heat didn’t work in the room and the temperature felt like a refrigerator. I would never stay here again! I should be refunded all fees and costs.

The only thing I disliked was the pool was under. It’s for my stay and it was part of the reason I booked this hotel. I wish they would update their website and let their customers know that before booking

Pretty pricey for what it was, also spent a good 8 mins trying to find our room as we were given no direction. Breakfast was a short 3 hrs. 630 to 930. Could see some wear and tear in the room, but the fully opening windows were awesome and pump handsoap was a game changer!

Really nice bathrooms. Comfy and clean. Good location. Great for families.

It was a great 2 nights stay. Room and bathroom are clean.

No enough seats during breakfast, have to wait if you opted to dine in, but there are paper bags for togo.

The statt was very nice and friendly, rooms were big enough and quite clean, also the bathroom. Pool was nice and clean and quite warm, good for the kids as well. Breakfast was good and a lot!
