Our room was as requested. Two queen beds. Very spacious with desk and two chairs. A large arm chair with ottoman. Sweet gas stove that really heated room adding atmosphere The balcony was a plus as we watched the fishing boats come and go. Also saw otters playing in river.

The unit has a balcony with a nice view of the Noyo Harbor and bridge. There is a convenient trail right down to the harbor from the hotel. The staff was very helpful.

The room was great and so was the service, however the room I reserved was supposed to have an ocean view. Unfortunately the room we got when we arrived was a harbor view. We still made the beat of it. Thanks for the hospitality!

If check in is at 4, rooms should be ready for check in. We arrived at 4:30 and still had to wait 30 mins. Room had not even been started at 4:30...NOT acceptable.

The room was not spotless, the carpet needs to be cleaned for sure. but the staff were friendly and the room had a nice view. the floor was so thin it sounded like we were in a wrestling ring but overall a nice day.

I received a call stating that I can do an early check in which was awesome. When we got here I was greeted by the friendly staff who remembered me from coming here in the past. I did encounter two problems, there was hair in the tub and someone that was either above or to the side of my room was smoking cigarettes with was annoying

Our stay was great! Staff was friendly and accommodating, place was clean and organized when we arrived at our room. I would recommend upgrading to harbor view, excellent view!
