Great location, comfortable stay!

Fantastic location with beautiful views of the harbor. Easy walk to restaurants down below. Loved eating at Princess, Noyo grill and Sea Pal. Bed was comfy.

Bathroom is a bit dated. Minor issues with ants coming in by the tub (which they apologized for and said it's common with how much it's been raining). It would be nice if they had a love seat or more comfortable sitting space. The one chair w/ottoman was great!

Having to climb stairs to the second floor. Next time I will request a first floor room. I like to read in bed before sleeping and there wasn't appropriate light to do this.

I booked two king bed rooms from booking.com. I didn’t realize that the two rooms are in the upstairs. My husband is in a wheelchair and needs to stay in the first floor. The front desk helped us immediately. The room is very big and the bed is very comfortable. Also, the reviews are pretty.

Cozy and relaxing.

I loved the snacks in the lobby, fairly priced. The room was clean and there was a big TV. Couldnt ask for a better stay. Parking was a dream to. I came about a half hour early but the room was already ready!

Cute and charming harbor side inn was a nice getaway in a good location.

This property is slightly dated, but adequate for our needs. We had a room in a "hallway" with only one other room next to it, on the second floor, so it was very quiet. Enjoyed having a balcony to look out over the property and enjoy the fresh air. An added bonus was a real person at the front desk in the evening, after returning from dinner! There is a walkway to a path that leads down to the harbor - while we didn't take it, it is a nice option for exploring the harbor without your car. Microwave, mini-fridge and coffeemaker, hair dryer, iron/mini ironing board, all in room are nice amenities.

Carpeting was a little worn. There is an awkward transition between the carpet and the sink area, which I understand is probably to prevent the carpet from getting wet, but I did almost trip on it. Also, when sink area lights are on, can be somewhat bothersome to someone in bed.

A great place to stay when visiting the coast.

Everything was immaculate. The room was quite large. I loved having a room with a lot of lights. We had 4 lamps + 2 overhead lights. I especially liked having a mini fridge that was surprisingly large. It held a lot of containers. You usually don't expect a mini fridge to hold so much. This, in conjunction with the microwave meant we could keep & heat things for breakfast and/or lunch. I also appreciated having the grab bar & portable detachable grab bar in the bathtub. It seemed to be a favorite with many. When we'd be in a restaurant, store or beach area we'd hear others mention staying there and referencing past times of staying there as well. Although the lodge was packed, it was quiet and fellow guests were considerate of others. It's been like that before, so it must attract the same sort of people. There was a mix of younger, older and families. It was a nice stay. We'll be back.

We were on a trip to visit relatives in the area and the Harbor Lite was a great place to rest.

The first night we had a room that was not quite what we expected but that said, when we came to the staff with our concerns they very nicely assigned us a beautiful room with the kind of view we were expecting! The beds were very comfortable, which is always a plus +++ It was a very quiet, peaceful place to lay our heads, we even saw some deer below our balcony, and of course a beautiful view of the harbor with it's boats and wildlife.

Overall, it was a lovely restful stay.

When I entered the room. I noticed something different right away. Later I realized the room smelled clean, but had no chemical essence I've smelled in other hotels. Iy made for a much more pleasant stay. really appreciated the staff taking time to fix the TV connection to Netflix.

We liked the Harbor View

The front desk staff was not friendly or welcoming at all, our room was covered with ants, the beds/bedding were uncomfortable and felt cheap. We spent a majority of our time in the room killing ants. They were on the walls near the bed, the floors, the ceiling, and around the sink. It was disgusting. Not relaxing at all. The blanket was hardly a blanket, it felt more like a tarp. Our WiFi kept going out, and we could hear our upstairs neighbors very clearly and they were super loud. Also the shower looked super run down and the water pressure sucked. Bathroom was not super clean, we found hairs on the shower walls.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. For an older type hotel, the rooms were a decent size, very clean and beds comfortable . Nice having a small balcony to sit out on.

Harbor Lite is a welcoming place to stay, and a good value!

Our room was large, with a balcony over the harbor entrance, allowing us to watch boats, seals and bird life. Staff was friendly, parking easy, and the location was good for visiting this area.

Highway traffic was loud until about 11:00 at night, but wasn't a big problem

Guest service was atrocious, there was no climate controls in the room, I had to wait past my check in time to get my room, the refrigerator wasn’t even on when we got into the room and then I was making loud noises off and in all night I had to unplug it, the shower had hair in the tub before we even used it, and to top it all off a new person was allowed to authorize an EXTRA 155.05$ onto my debit card thus putting me in the negative. And then telling me it will take a over a week to get my money back in my card that they shouldn’t have even taken. In top of the EXTRA 50$ charge when I checked in in case of damages.

It was right in the main road. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Beautiful courtyard.

A little dated. Beds not that comfortable. Thin walls and ceiling. Our next door neighbors and our upstairs neighbors were loud and we heard everything.

Nice location away from the bridge traffic noise. Love the balcony and patio. The coffee is great and the little kcup maker in the room. Could use 2 more coffee mugs since we booked a room for 4. Room was clean and neat.

I was disappointed the fireplace was not working and the heater but the employee was nice to try and fix it that night and brought us a small heater but we did not need it. Room 110 has the best view and I love the patio. Big spacious room and bathroom enough for 4 girls not bumping into each other. Will stay again. Might want to shampoo the carpet soon since there was a big stain on the rug where someone split something.

A great stopover on our road trip

The rooms are spacious and updated and a perfect stayover on our road trip. Staff was very nice and accommodating. We had a lovely time and the morning coffee bar was a great and Mo's restaurant next door was a treat. I would recommend this hotel.

Paying for a view

Had a nice view of the harbor. Got to see seals swimming and chasing the boats looking for fish. The view is the best in the morning.

The carpets were extremely dirty. To the point that my kid's clothes were getting stained from sitting on the floor playing and their feet were turning black (no they did not go outside without shoes). The room was not as large as the pictures showed either. The sink for the bathroom is in the main area by the bed so you have to come out of the bathroom to wash your hands after using the restroom. While the balconies are private, they are very close together so you can hear EVERYTHING happening on the next balcony. The walls are also very, very thin! I could hear people in their shower next to us (turned the tv up REAL loud).
