Good location. Room was clean.
A lot of construction and deferred maintenance. Grounds were not kept up well. Staff was cordial but not polished and professional.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Very pleased with breakfast.
I was disappointed after traveling all day that the person who answered the phone did not tell us to look for another hotel name on the airport transfer van. Me and several others waited forever not knowing! The van driver never got out and said anything and as we continued to call the front desk, they never said anything. We were all tired and it was very late.
