Cleanliness, balcony
The hotel is extremely large and has extra plush carpets throughout making it inordinately difficult to push suitcases across carpeted areas. Also no valet, so this 70 year old, my 80 year old husband (along with the 2 grandchildren we're raising) always have a hard time getting suitcases to our room.
We divide our time between Washington and Mexico, coming and going multiple times a year, so we stay here often, and very often with a lot of luggage. We dread staying here for that reason, just thinking about getting luggage to our room.
Sometimes, we have a car with us in arrival, super expensive parking
No free breakfast, the breakfast buffet is on the expensive side, it's over the top in terms of quality.
Overall though, this is the Seatac hotel that we prefer for a variety of reasons.

Location if your are heading to/from airport
Elevator was broken and our room was located in 3rd floor. We had to ask for a change of room. The restaurant took so long to take our order that we had to leave in order to catch our flight.

Convenient to the airport
Huge. Extremely confusing layout. Plan to walk forever anywhere you need to go.
