Enjoyed our stay.. Staff made our stay more pleasant.

Staff was very accommodating to our needs. They allowed us to leave our luggage before check in time so that we could leave and lug our luggage with us. We were allowed to check in when our room was ready. A bus was their to take us from and to the airport.

Breakfast was standard. Location to airport was nice

Did not appreciate staff basically telling me I was a liar when I told her I had pre-paid for the room. She said, "No, you didn't" and charged my card again. I then found the receipt and returned and she said she could not give me anything stating I would be credited and not charged again for my room.

We've been disappointed in the quality of Hampton Inn for a while and don't plan to stay at one agai

The room did not appear to have a closet or wastepaper basket. It wasn't until the next morning when I drew the curtains that we discovered a rack with hangers and a wastebasket hidden behind the curtains. Room was small and not well appointed. Worst Hampton Inn we've stayed at, although we agree that Hampton Inn are no longer of the quality they used to be. Won't stay at one again.

I was only there 12 hours/one night.

Closeness to the airport

Paid parking. (though they finally waved it) I usually stay at the Hampton inn on 28th and this one doesn't compare at all. It was a mistake that I booked it and I will not stay there again. There was so much noise in the halls and above me. I know you cannot control this, but I have never experienced this at the other Hampton Inn, they seem to be more professional people there.

Delightful experience

Breakfast breakfast was delicious and quick. The location was very convenient to SeaTac.

I didn’t like that the channel guide was incorrect per website and I did not receive my AAA discount which I mentioned at check-in and was confirmed that it was available, but was never credited

Very disappointing

The staff did what they could. Shuttle service was OK.

Elevator was broken and all first floor rooms were sold. Thankfully, a male guest offered to help carry our two bags up to the second floor where our room was. The heating unit was very noisy as was the room. First time I've been to an airport hotel that didn't seem to have been built with any consideration for soundproofing. This hotel is not up to Hampton standard.

The walls at the Hotel did nothing to block the sound of airplanes flying right over us all night!

It wasn’t far from the airport. But it still took them way too long to pick us up.

When we finally got there the man at the desk informed us (a 73 yr old grandma and her young granddaughter) that we were upstairs but the elevator was broken and there was no one to help us haul our heavy luggage u the stairwell. He said he couldn’t do it because it would hurt his back! We really struggled getting our luggage to our room!

The location was okay. No close restaurants

The elevator was not working and we had to climb stairs with luggage. I have a medical condition and am not suppose to do anything strenuous. The staff said elevator had been out for awhile no idea when it would be fixed. Explained to staff about medical condition said sorry and moved us down 1 floor. It would have been nice to know in advance so we could have made orher arrangements

Don’t bother

Very unhappy. I tried calling several times for the shuttle but there was no answer. Finally had to call a cab, it was $28.00! Then when we got into the room, what hotel doesn’t have a closet! Seriously, no closet, no luggage caddy. Will not recommend this,bed was stiff as a board. The only decent thing about the room was the shower.

Close to the airport and convenient.

Love they have a complimentary breakfast and glad we always found a parking space. I had messaged the hotel that our daughter was going to stay with us but we were booked into a handicap room (did not know that) with one queen size bed. I spoke to Aman (I believe that was her name) and explained the situation. She was able get us into a 2 bed room before we left to run errands for the day.

Had a worker unlock our door at 7am while we were sleeping. Once my wife said hello he said sorry wrong room and left. Didn't tell us that he was a employee and scared us that someone else had opened our room and walked in

This hotel was not the Hampton Inn standard. The room was tiny, 2 double beds instead of Queens, no closet. It was clean and my bed was comfortable but it just fell short of Hampton Inn standards in every other one I have ever been to.

Need Improvement

Shuttle drivers were great!

There were no other guest waiting behind us but the check in clerk was impatient, rushed us through,didn't tell us about courtesy van service available to nearby restaurants and attractions or the breakfast. The check out staff was fine. The room had problems..heating unit was very loud and rattled, toilet ran after flushing, and light bulb was burnt out in one lamp.
