The king size bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was clean with no noise. The breakfast was okay for a light start. Front lobby area is smaller than I expected but ok since we only stayed one night. Overall, a good place to stay.

the male staff member when we checked in was incredibly friendly and helpful. the room was very clean and comfortable, plus quiet!
the female staff member at check in did not appear very friendly and was difficult to communicate with. accessibility to local dining was limited. The free transportation was "good" but only went to a few limited places, none of which were locations we would prefer when visiting a new city. The UBER to the nearest shopping mall, with activiites and food, was very expensive.

Breakfast was good, good variety. Close to the airport.
Called for a shuttle to the hotel from the airport. No one ever answered. Called 5+ times. Ended up getting a lyft to the hotel. Front desk was extremely busy with only one worker. She was great but overwhelmed. Could definitely had used some help. Elevator located at the far end of the hotel. Our room was at the opposite end. Would have made more sense to place them in the middle.
