Layover on a cold Seattle night

The shuttle from and to the airport was important and perfect. The price was unbelievably amazing. The room was like a one bedroom condo, I loved it. The breakfast was really good with many choices and started at 6 a.m. The check in in the evening and morning were pleasant, positive and efficient. I was really happy.

Calm in the midst of our moving chaos

The room was spacious and lovely. We booked an accessable room and it met our expectations. The Kitchen was fully furnished and had lots of cupboard space for our extras. The staff was extra helpful. We were moving and had to stay at the inn for over a week. It was an oasis of calm in the midst of the chaos of moving. Grocery store and restaurants were close.

The "hot food" for the morning breakfast wasn't hot. There were enough selections (including waffles, my favorite) that I would still get the breakfast. The morning staff was diligent to keep the items stocked.

Good choice for airport stay

The room was very nice, roomy and clean. Location was good for airport but without a car - walking distance to restaurants was challenging for my mobility challenged husband. Should have opted for food delivery.

A shockingly good little Restaurant. Not just a place to go because one is tired, in between trip legs and don't want to go out. A very good breakfast, also. Stall very nice at all levels.

Great place to stay for a early flight.

Breakfast was your standard breakfast for a hotel...Continental will biscuits and gravy. Location is great for the airport and the room was HUGE. Beds were comfortable and we slept like the dead. We were ground floor but didn't experience anything noisy or odd.

Based on my past experiences with Residence Inn in other cities, this was a disappointing stay.

I liked that breakfast was included, that the rooms have a kitchenette and its proximity to the airport.

The night shuttle driver from the airport to the hotel was rude. And the woman working the front desk made us feel like we were inconveniencing her when we were checking in. Our room was tidy but felt dirty. The shower had dirt around the drain and the carpet looked as if it hadn’t been vacuumed.

Ideal accommodation close to the airport.

The hotel shuttle picked us up from the airport. The receptionist was very friendly and gave us information about the hotel and the area. The room was large with a kitchen and comfortable bed. The shower room was large and well equipped with soaps. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. Short train ride to downtown Seattle.

The shuttle bus do not have regular schedule and we waited for more than an hour. The phone at the airport did not work and I had to make IDD call to hotel to ask them to send the shuttle bus.

The facilities were well thought out and the complementary breakfast was great. I also appreciated the shuttle service to the airport.

I did not like the beds and the pillows. Even though we have a king size bed, the mattress was way too soft and the pillows as well. They were not any harder pillows to choose from and I got a terrible night sleep on both nights because of this. So did my sister who was also sleeping next to me.

We love to stay here, the staff is very friendly, It’s near public transport, it has kitchen and all we need as a traveller far from home It is also near the lake, so pretty to walk in the morning

Close to the airport, they offered free shuttle to and from airport as well as the mall, mall is enormous and you could find practically anything you needed. That was a huge deal. Saved me a lot of $ on transportation.

There was not a good selection of snacks in the market. Also, they did not sell toothpaste. We were at the end of our trip, and running out of tooth paste. They sell nail files at the market, but not toothpaste. It did not make sense to me.
