The room was clean the bed was like sleeping on box springs no comfort. Toilet paper holder was broken, and the plastic drain cover on the tub was broken and could cut a foot. The AC heater was good. Staff was great. Parking fine. I was in room 238.

Hotel violated my privacy during my stay. I felt completely unsafe and uncomfortable the whole time. Someone planted devices in my hotel to see what I was doing and to say triggering things.

We booked a kitchenette and the room had nothing in it, no pans, plates, glasses....anything. We had to buy pans to cook and grabbed paper plates and utensils, I usually book kitchenettes to save on eating out and I've seen an empty one before. The staff were pleasant but the area was not one I'd consider staying in again. This hotel appeared to be a favorite of work crews which I don't have a problem with but it meant limited parking do to their equipment and larger triaxle work vehicles taking up an entire portion of a relatively small parking area. The workers often stayed in the parking lot crushing beers till about 1:30 and were quite loud. I'm all for a great time but still need to be respectful to others in the area.

Room smelled like weed when checked in. Front desk said they cleaned it and left Fabreeze spray. Once entering the room it just hit you straight to the face with smell. Not quite appropriate when you have tiny baby’s. A/c was also not working. Floor was dirty and had crumbs everywhere when entering the room. The area just looked sketchy outside, not safe had a few men just constantly eyeing the room we were in. Not very comforting especially when you have little ones. Front desk girl was very kind and accommodating to switching the rooms once these concerns were brought up. But even the next room the floor was dirty.

I would not recommend staying here if you’re sensitive to noise or concerned about cleanliness. The bathroom had visible mold, and the toilet did not flush properly. The light under the microwave stayed on constantly, and when I asked on the second day for it to be fixed, I was told it would be—but it never was. Noise was also a major issue. At night, there were frequent loud arguments from neighboring rooms every sincle night. On my second night, the police even showed up due to a disturbance, and one woman screamed until nearly 1 a.m. Unfortunately, between the lack of cleanliness, unresolved maintenance issues, and constant noise, my stay was far from comfortable.

First things first, do your research about this accommodation - whilst we encountered no real issues, some of the clientele left a lot to be desired. Then there was also the staff member who shouted at me for parking the wrong way, with no one explainat? Dafuq was that about. I looked at reviews before I booked this hotel and thought I knew what I was getting for the low daily rate. The people were nice but the rooms were run down, with both mold and dirt everywhere. The walls had food items on them and the shower had mold everywhere. Generally I was a little worried about being safe because of the location and clientele. Just be aware this is $100 or so a night for a very very good reason. I am all for run down but not disgustingly dirty. The bed was comfortable.

When we first arrived, there was no parking available. We had to walk to the hotel where the office was locked. We had to knock and were greeted by a very rude, unprofessional, clearly annoyed he/she/they….. there were unexpected fees, the room is filthy and full of damages. I was forced to pay a $100 deposit to cover damages and there are so many in this room, they could easily blame it on me. I took video immediately upon arrival. I would not stay here again and do not feel safe even staying right now.

I made a reservation at this hotel, but upon arrival, I was informed that it had been cancelled because, according to them, we didn’t confirm it—despite never being contacted or informed that confirmation was required. This caused significant inconvenience, as I had to search for alternative accommodation at the last minute. I ended up visiting over ten hotels before finally finding a room. To make matters worse, the hotel later charged me as if I had checked in, even though I never stayed there. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I do not recommend this place to anyone—it was by far the worst experience I’ve had with any hotel.

The room were cleaned,the bedding and towels were super clean (white) which makes you feel at home. Dreck was at the front desk when we checked in he did a good job upsaleing the rooms,we ended up paying $30 more to check in 2hour early,which was worth it.Very friendly and respectful with a gorgeous smile.

The staff was nice and helpful. The area was ok, but there’s always people hanging around outside the rooms and kids playing around in the parking areas. It’s more for people who need to stay long periods, not for a few days vacation or getaway. The smell in the room was terrible, had to keep the air in the whole time there and spray febreze. Missing handles in furniture, exposed sink plumbing due to missing door. The refrigerator shelf was slightly broken.Every time we would plug the charger in the outlet it would make sparks. Not to mention that 30 min after checkin someone else was trying to open our room door, front office accidentally gave someone else our room number. We don’t like to complain so we just stayed.

Booked 2 rooms and one of our rooms had roaches the minute I turned on the light! The front desk was friendly but the rooms were not clean and the hotel looks like people live there which is fine with me but it was noisy and loud most of the time !!! Again, staff was great, the rooms weren't!

The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, and it would be nice if they unblocked one of the property exits, but otherwise it was a basic stay that kept me comfortable!

I was called 4 hours before check in and was told you cancelled my reservation due to overbooking. I have traveled a lot in my life and that has never happened before. What was I suppose to do? I was already in town and I booked my room the Tuesday prior to my arrival and you just figured out 4 hrs before check in that you were overbooked. I will never book one of your hotels again.

The picture of this extended stay hotel on Expedia is deceiving. I chose to stay at this hotel because I was staying in Washington for 10 days. I prepaid also because my stay would be cheaper. When I got to my room I opened the room drawers there were bugs. Under the sink a bug flew at me when I opened the door. There were two dead roaches in the middle of the walkway of the room. The room was musty and the air conditioner was not working properly. I did not stay one night at this hotel. I did utilize the refrigerator because I brought food for my stay. I stayed at the Staybridge Hotel in Seattle. The 6/17/2025 I checked out of the Home Towne Studios. The elevator is dirty. This hotel is a place where people also rent as their main residence. The staff members are friendly and nice but I do not recommend tourists staying here. I did not get a refund because I prepaid. Booking accommodations here I lost my money.

i had a horrible time at this property. EXTREMELY GHETTO! every day i looked out my window there was police cars. EVERY SINGLE DAY. even ambulances. had to arrest some crazy guy who was yelling nonstop one morning. on top of that i had to ASK for replacement towels or if i wanted my beddings made. smh. the most damning thing is the poor service. one morning i hear loud banging on my door and then it suddenly opens: it’s the cleaning lady. she says we need to be out by 11 and check our. i’m confused because i have another day on my reservation and i tell her. she leaves. 30 minutes later another loud knock followed by my door being opened AGAIN! it’s someone from the front desk with a rude attitude telling me i have 30 minutes to leave or be charged. Even when i go to the front desk with proof she is still giving me attitude. some lady with piercings. anyway only after i prove her wrong with a receipt for another day she profusely apologies. received no sort of compensation for this horrible stay.

Never got to stay. Arrived and was told our reservation had been canceled and that they had left a message letting us know. We never got a phone call. We left very frustrated.
