Good location, good facilities, incompetent staff

Location, cleanliness, price announced in Booking, price included breakfast. Breakfast menu was acceptable, restaurant staff was ok but not excellent. Restaurant (Hindu) menu and food quality was great. Restaurant service was bad.

Staff needs more training. they messed up our reservation, they did NOT honored the original BOOKING reservation and conditions PRICE and BREAKFAST included. We ended up PAYING $159 dls and without breakfast for 4 days. STAFF were RUDE, especially the male morning staff.

It was an easy drive to the airport- but for cleanliness and comfort, I probably wouldn’t stay here.

It was 10pm, when the family above us was extremely loud- I called down to the front desk and asked that they ask them to quiet down. An hour goes by and they are still doing it, which made us have to get up ourselves- and it was a family with 2 younger kids jumping on the beds. Thankfully, they were nice and we didn’t have any issues after- however, I wish the hotel staff was responsive to the issue. The bath drain did not drain properly, which is gross. And honestly- it was not as clean as it should have been.

Nice hotel, great staff & convenient to Seattle Airport.

Staff was great. Guaranteed late arrival and had shuttle to airport next morning in time. Nice too. that diner was open for us to get a snack when we arrived around d 9:00 pm

I signed in and was given price and used credit card agreement. It included tax and hotel charges. When I arrived home, on printout copy via email, I was charged about $40.00 more. Working it out to find out why.

Loud venue

Very clean, central located, beds are comfy.

The last night we stayed at the property out of a 4 night satay. There was a huge wedding party on the 3rd floor. Me and my partner were on the 6th floor. We kept hearing VERY loud music. We called the front desk and they said there was a venue going on, but we shouldn’t hear it where we were at. We recorded the windows vibrating. The sound from inside our room. Me and my partner went looking and found the venue in the 3rd floor. The wedding went on until about 1 am. The next morning we complained and asked to get that night comped in which she said we could. We just had to call booking. When booking contacted them. They admitted to the venue and complaint, but refused to comp us that night.

Good not great

It was clean. Although the carpet in the room felt a little bit dirty. It probably needed to be shampooed. Overall the facilities were very clean. The workout facility was very very nice. Much more than your typical hotel gym. I was supposed to have breakfast with my room paid for. But I noticed a charge on my bill when I checked out for $15. I tried to clear that up but kind of got stuck in the runaround. I’d like to get either the $15 or the portion of my payment Refunded but sometimes it’s just not worth the effort. I might stay here again if I was only in town for one night I need to be close to the airport. The airport shuttle was great.

The room was clean

I was charged more than what the initial amount was when I booked the room, I didn’t like that. Said the pool heated.. it wasn’t, and it’s small. The beds weren’t very comfortable and the location wasn’t great.

The staff was extremely welcoming, kind and accomidating. Check in was simple and the location was ideal. The room was perfect and the view was great! Would highly recommend.

The facility was great, some of the staff members need to work on being a little friendly.

The breakfast was good. The Indian food restaurant was delicious. We really liked the idea of a warm pool. The parking was really easy to find spaces.

The 1st night after our arrival, Fernando (security) knocked at our door around 1 am, telling us he would call the cops on us because we didn't pay. Turns out they gave him the wrong room number and instead of apologizing he said it was our fault for not answering the phone. The problem was that he went to the wrong room, we were never called.

Bed comfortable.

No bodywash in shower dispenser. No warning of road costruction around builfing and took 1/2 hour to access parking because we were given wrong information by front desk clerk.

Things I think about the property number one was I have to use a key to turn on the bathroom light which did not make sense to me. Number two I think her bed was clean because we found a purple nail in our bed. When we open up the sheets. And bedding. I guess another issue is it wasn’t a big one to be. But I need an extra tower to take a shower. I asked housekeeper for a towel and they told me they didn’t have any with them so I was like OK sounds good so the housekeeper sent me down to receptionist area to the receptionist about the towel. She was surprised I asked her about the towel. And she was nice about it no issue about it about giving me a towel

Have stayed at Four Points properties in other cities/countries, have always been very good.

Location, room, airport shuttle was all very fine. Housekeeping, front desk & breakfast staff were all excellent. We forgot to remove an athletic jacket from the closet when checking out. My bad for leaving it behind, but thanks to housekeeping and front desk staff for eventually locating the jacket and working with us for its return. This was an umpire's Little League world series emblem labeled jacket that is irreplaceable. Huge recognition for honesty & integrity. Breakfast was very good with very good coffee. We liked that the room was very quiet with blackout curtains too.

I booked because there was a restaurant on site but it was so lacking in welcome appearance and ambiance that I skipped it. Outfitted like a big cafeteria. 30 tables with only 2 customers at one over the dinner hour. Walked the sketchy neighborhood to the fast food place for dinner

I waited for the free shuttle for 45 minutes. No response and upon calling the hotel all the lines were busy and I couldn't get through. I ended up paying for a taxi because I was sick of waiting.

Nice facilities for large groups, not walking distance to anything

We booked this hotel because we were going to a wedding and our friends were staying there; they really like the hotel and have stayed before. But they actually had to request a room change late at night due to a loud event in the ballroom. The room size is generous, and it has a nice view of the sound. Everything in the room worked. The staff in the restaurant were lovely. They went above and beyond to make our meals nice and were very friendly and outgoing, even though the food quality was mediocre and inconsistent.

Our first experience with the hotel was waiting an hour at the airport for the shuttle. Even after calling again to get an ETA and being told it was due to traffic, there was no traffic when we rode to the hotel, and I could see that there was no traffic going the opposite direction. I hate being lied to, and this set the tone for the rest of our stay. If you make a mistake, at least acknowledge it. We're so sorry to keep you waiting. Please have a breakfast voucher, whatever. It would have been the least you could do. There was a HUGE gathering there over the weekend, which made parking difficult. And a fire alarm went off two nights in a row, across the street from the hotel. We finally called the non-emergency police number to have them come look and turn it off, which they did. I can't imagine that the front desk couldn't hear it; they always had the door open to the street. This hotel worked for what we needed while we were there, but I wouldn't book it again. I prefer a hotel within walking distance of more restaurants, convenience stores, etc.
