Do not approve this stay at all

It's close to airport

The room was very shady and I could smell damp. What room I booked through booking.com was not the same. So I am very disappointed. With the money, it is not worthy. Couldn't sleep at all. The bed pillows and blanket had smell.

A kxxked up out fit

Phone number for the motel was not working Apparently a glitch in there phone service They did answer an email but took some time to answer it and my that time I found another hotel and paid for a night at value inn. Probably just one of those mix up with land lines But it did cost 80 for something a couldn't use

Good value and shuttle transport.

The location was close to the airport and metro station to get into town. The hotel shuttle picked us up at the airport AND drove us to the metro stop. They also picked us up at the stop when we got back and then back there the next morning! Very convenient. Basic morning snack type breakfast and good wifi. Nice staff.

The room had some pretty old furniture, but it was clean so functionable.

Met the sleep need of a single night stay but wasn't what I normally want

The room was clean. The hotel shuttle from the airport that I thought was an amenity actually cost $. The breakfast was a complete joke. There was a noise component as the hotel is in the airport's flight path. But hey, it was clean, no bugs, and priced less than other motels in the area.

TV didn't offer much. The bathroom light also activated the fan. There was a table and chairs between the one bed and window.

The folks working here go beyond the norm to help and accommodate. From the airport pick up to the free breakfast and clean room, this is a place I would come back to all the time.

It was good enough stay.

Beds were not too comfortable, amenities were not great. No shampoo and conditioner. Far from everything and they charged for shuttle bus.

It gave such murder vibes overall. We arrived to the airport late and didn't get to the hotel until at least one in the morning and at that time there is no shuttle, which is not stated on the website in a way that we could see. When we did check-in, we had to do so through a little glass window with a slightly creepy attendant. We were not comfortable even showering there- one of the sinks didn't work. I was staying there with my husband but I would not have felt safe there as a single woman and would have left immediately.

I like the price because everywhere else is so very expensive! The lack of gross carpet was also a plus for a budget hotel. There is nothing bad but also nothing good. Just a night before a flight.

I can’t believe this place is on booking.com cigarette burns everywhere furniture falling apart tried to cancel as soon as I walked in booking.com would not make it right wasn’t going to leave review but they keep Asking me for a review both hotel and booking.com said it’s not refundable booking.com do not vet their hotels. The photos on booking.com of the rooms are misleading like I said I wasn’t going to leave a review but they keep sending me this email so here it is and their customer service was horrible. Got to the point where the representative just stopped talking thought I was disconnected. Just a horrible experience won’t be using booking.com anymore I don’t blame the hotel. It is what it is but booking.com should do a better job vetting the hotels they have on their website or motels no matter how cheap or expensive they are. Believe me I can go further on this review, but I won’t

Where is my refunable deposit?

Liked that it wasn't that far and centrally close to most of my major public transit routes.

When I checked out Hotel staff Informed me of a $50 refundable Holding Deposit being returned back to my card, however it wasn't and the only thing that is showing is the $70 I was charged before check in.

It's old and outdated and way too expensive for what they offer, no wi-fi no breakfast I also had to pay for the shuttle service to and from the airport which wasn't alot but considering they left me waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes to pick me up late at night and just lied to me every time I called making me think they were arriving any minute

It’s worth the extra $40 to stay somewhere else…

Bus stop right outside. Good bed, pretty clean

Shuttle service took 1.5hrs… lamp didn’t work, shower head mounted way too low. We had to kneel to wash our hair and we are both 5’8. Shower curtain rod was falling off the wall and as a result the shower curtain would only cover the middle section of the shower. This meant that water was everywhere.

The breakfast was a joke. Danish pasty and a banana Only 1 plate for 2. No juice .only coffee. We asked for a disabled room. We got one at the very far end. Good for disabled in the cold of the night. The staff could not find our booking she was hopeless. In the morning Hanna was on and she very good.

The staff the food , oh and the shower did not work.
