Great value, very accomodating hotel.

This hotel is very accomodating. They try to grant special requests (for example, they put a microwave in our room when we asked for one), they have a decent breakfast, and a really stellar shuttle to and from SEATAC airport at any hour of the morning, day or night. There's a nice pool and game room in the basement. Best of all, they are only half as expensive as other airport hotels, and provide more accomodating service. Breakfast is included. There is free parking, as well!

What a bummer.

I didn’t get up in time for breakfast because my sleep was disrupted by some drunks running the hall all night and eventually being loudly arrested.

Shower never got hot. My food delivery was stolen. The disruptive loud partying in the hall all night and the ensuing 20 minutes of police banging on the door. I had been up for 48 hours helping deliver a baby. All I wanted was a hot shower, something to eat and a restful sleep.

The motel is a convenient, comfortable place very close to the airport and very accommodating.

The motel is located a short distance from the airport and there is a free shuttle available early and late. The staff is very knowledgeable about the area, as well as airport schedules and they’re very accommodating for people who arrive early or late—outside of the standard check-in schedule.

My partner didn’t like that we were given a room downstairs (in the basement) as he called it. I found it to be quiet and out of the way of most of the other guests.

Always a perfect day

Staff was so accommodating and friendly. You don't get respected like this anywhere anymore. They'll do anything to be helpful. The GM treats this place like it's his family and his home and it shows in the staff and facilities. It's worth the few extra dollars up front to be comfortable and not be charged for extras. Pool and hot tub are immaculate and uncrowded. Everything is in good repair. Nothing here looks like a landlord special.

Excellent stay!

Excellent hotel near the airport with very good shuttle service. I am very happy I choose this hotel after 24+ hours of traveling. Staff is very friendly (both shuttle drivers are so helpful and nice!) and good breakfast. Both ladies working the breakfast service are very helpful. My room and bathroom were very clean and the shower was perfect. Also the shampoo/conditioner/soap/lotion are high quality. I would stay here again and probably will, for sure!

The employees at this facility are absolutely Rude and lie I booked with booking . Com to pay at facility the employee ran the card without asking by the time I said here is my card he already ran the wrong one said nothing would be charged when I check out we will use the correct card so that’s what we did and now they took that money I was charged over draft fee and the emp. Was soo rude and screamed at me saying what do you want me to do I said pay my over draft he hung up on me …. Never ever will I stay their again

Very sheer curtains. Room was lit up quite bright all night so I wasn't able to sleep. No curtains to block out light. Rations of kleenex - box was empty after the evening. You could really hear the planes flying over. Bed comfort average.

Great Airport Hotel, Priced just right!

Best value, great service, an indoor pool, business center, attendants to help serve breakfast nice hot water for soaking in the tub, clean fresh linens on a perfect mattress. Every staff member was pleasant and efficient. Yummy coffee and a lot of choices for hot beverages, not to mention shuttle service to the mall and airport! Fantastic.

We appreciated that the property was close to the airport and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Oversized King room, which was a nicely sized, spacious room. The room itself smelled clean and was very well maintained. The towels were folded so creatively—I didn’t even realize towels could be displayed that way! Our room was conveniently located close to the courtyard, which connected to the pool area, making access to the pool and hot tub easy. Hot Breakfast was good and airport shuttle Was on schedule.

The only downside was that the room was quite a trek from the front desk, located on a lower level that required going down some stairs. Luckily, we didn’t have much luggage to carry. After entering the hallway to the room, there was a musty smell—not unpleasant, but definitely noticeable. The soap provided in the shower dispensers smelled wonderful, but the conditioner dispenser was nearly empty. Since we were only staying one night, it was enough, but if we’d stayed longer, we would have asked for a replacement, and I’m sure the staff would have been happy to provide it. The hot tub jets weren’t working, and the water was quite hot—something I liked, though it might be too warm for some. The pool was a decent size. The pool area had a slight musty smell upon entering, but it wasn’t very noticeable once inside.

We ordered a suite and got two rooms with the simply explanation that due to circumstances the suite was not available During the whole stay there was no warm water and to be honest 2 days for repairing a boiler indicates a lack of urgency
