We flew into Seattle yesterday to board our cruise today and needed one night’s accommodations. The Surestay Plus SeaTac South was perfect . Hotels near the port were about twice as much, so we figured that we’d just stay near the airport and hop the shuttle to the Surestay, which was great. Either way, we’d need a cab to the cruise port - may as well save about $150 by staying here. Rooms were dated but clean and well maintained. Breakfast was typical for “free breakfast.” Nothing fancy. But the front office staff really stood out. They were courteous and helpful in every way. Rianna , in particular, helped us with our early arrival and helping us book a ride to the port the next day. She’s a real gem! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! A+

Room was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is more basic than other similar places but adequate. Shuttle pickup/drop off is good with clean shuttle and helpful driver, although the automated voice pickup instructions were a little hard to hear in the noisy airport environment. I heard pickup spot was 1B, but after connecting to a human front desk agent,I was informed it was 1D

It's okay. We only stayed for 1 Night. Not really in its best shape. Lots of Suspicious stains in the walls and ceiling. Dark rooms and hallways due to insufficient lighting. I wouldn't stay here alone. AC was loud. Shower has hot water. Carpet was dirty and stained. Staff are friendly and helpful though. No complaints with them.
