Location and the staff they are all very nice.
Bathtub very slippery. Just forgot to tell them. Just Need to scrub somemore when cleaning. Otherwise we like our stays. They accomodate our luggages just need sign up to become member. its really a big help we did have a chance to enjoy the downtown while waiting to our next flight.

The staff was super helpful, and the shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful, even offering to drop us off at local restaurants for dinner. The free breakfast was super early (helpful for an early morning flight) and delicious.
For some reason, the $25 security hold deposit came through as a charge on my credit card, and it was very difficult to navigate multiple AI customer service representatives to get to the root of the problem. All hotels around the Seattle airport were expensive (not a good value), but this was competitive within that range.

Close to airport.
The elevators were broken and staff was not helpful (or seemed concerned at all) on what to do to get bags up to X floor.
