Great stay… would recommend. Friendly and helpful staff😊

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The complementary shuttle service was available with only a slight wait time for pickup at the airport and no wait time to return. The bed was clean and comfortable. We were given a late checkout until 2. It was perfect for our 3:40 flight. Lots of choice for the complementary breakfast and it went for many hours 5 am until 930.

It would have been a bit better for our timing if the breakfast went until 10 but I’m certainly not complaining.

Disappointing

Acceptable cleanliness

The breakfast area was too small with limited options, which made the experience less enjoyable than expected. Regarding housekeeping, although the regular check-out is at 11:00 a.m., staff started knocking on our door at 9:30 a.m., even though the “Do Not Disturb” sign was displayed. We had informed the front desk about the late check-out and paid an extra fee to extend our stay until 2:30 p.m. However, housekeeping knocked on the door three more times, which disrupted our rest and ultimately made us leave earlier than planned, despite having paid for the extension. I suggest better coordination and respect for late check-out agreements, as well as closer supervision of service schedules to ensure guest comfort.

Great hotel

Hotel was nice and clean, good breakfast bc and beds.

We used there complimentary shuttle to go bc eat dinner. It took a hour and half to get picked back up with another couple. I had called they had called and then I called back after a hour half wait. The woman didn’t know the shuttle had not came back to get us. Said we should have been picked up a long time ago. There neighbor Fairfield Inn came and picked both parties up. The guy said we should send a email how long we waited. He said that was unacceptable.

Shuttle from. Airport was horrendous, it's literally 5 minutes away, waited 45 minutes. Couldn't find 'island', Elizabeth said she couldn't send shuttle until she knew what island we were on. Great breakfast buffet. The desk clerk could see how weary we were from traveling and gave us a very quiet room.

We arrived after 8 pm and finding some food was difficult. Dining room was closed, of course, and no nearby restaurants. Clerk was helpful with take away options.
