The bed was comfortable.

There was construction work going on and scaffolding and materials to avoid. The front desk person was not helpful or friendly.

The property needs to be refreshed. Upholstery on some chairs in the breakfast area are so worn I wouldn't use them. The carpets look and feel dirty. The airport shuttle service seems slow and inconsistent. The breakfast was basic and limited.

Unprofessional

Didn’t have our reservation even though we had a confirmation and proof of payment. Said they couldn’t tefund due ti booking through third party who sent us an email saying Comfort Inn refused to authorize refund for no room available.

We enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn and it was a nice and pleasant hotel, but very expensive for what you got.

Convenient location and good continental breakfast. The rooms were also nice and clean.

Only one elevator and usually had long wait.

Love closeness to airport and the offer to drive us to supper and pick us up. If they can do that;

My two complaint’s were that early travelers which a shuttle full of us were ; had no breakfast. Packaged goods could have been set out for us with milk, cereal, etc

Shuttle times did not match travel times. Terrible only one per hour for early morning folks. We were at our domestic flight two and a half hours early on not so crowded a time. Niceto have though.

Not what I expected

Soft pillows,comfortable beds. Shuttle to airport

-Dumpster full of trash outside the room window. -Dark colors that look old and not modern on walls,doors and carpets. Elevator is slow,only one elevator, sometimes too crowded we had to take the stairs,which were not easy to find ,due to no signs for its location -We could hear the steps on floor above a lot and very frequently -I had reserved 2 nights before arrival and I showed up at check in area at 10 AM.Woman told me I had no reservation She did not seem trained to know that she needed to be careful checking reservations on the computer.She made us wait and yelled to her coworker in spanish to go and check what rooms were available. It did not seem professional I would not return to this hotel again

Parking situation was unexpected and frustrating. Had to part off-site and near what appeared to be a homeless situation. Older hotel, showed wear and tear. Exterior of hotel was cluttered, lots of liter and needed to be cleaned-up. (Drier lint all over ground, cigarette butts...)

The place was grungy. It smelled like old weed and ace body spray. The door to my bathroom would not close because of a bad tile job on the floor. Every corner was dirty. The display in the elevator was held on with shipping tape.
