SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western SeaTac Airport

The receptionist was helpful and efficient. I appreciated the coffee in the Lobby and that they locked up my luggage after checkout while I spent some time at the nice park across the street.

It's tucked away behind a number of other hotels...you have to know where to look.

Very clean, wonderful staff, lovely breakfast with a couple of hot choices like scrambled eggs and sausages, a choice of 3 cereals, muffins, bagels, toast, juices, coffee and plenty of choice for tea. The rooms were fine for a one or two night stay and it’s about a 12 minute walk to Angel Lake train station to get to downtown Seattle in about 40 minutes in a very comfortable train. Even though the airport was very close, you could not hear the noise and the beds were very comfortable too. We didn’t use the free shuttle but the free parking was a bonus for us. All the staff were exceptional and very friendly and accommodating too!

No kettle in the room but there was 24/7 tea and coffee in the lobby which was great!

The shuttle did not come to the airport to get me. Could not get through by phone so my daughter and husband had to come back to the airport pick me up and take me to the hotel. wasn’t aware there were two different locations for sure stay.

Proximity to the airport. The outside noise wasn’t bad given it’s under the airplane flight path, sandwiched between two busy roads and the train tracks but still noticeable. Bedding, towels and bathrooms were clean. Separate living and bedroom was nice.

The general feeling was that it was dingy and used. Everything was of the cheapest and lowest quality and well worn. Carpet was stained through the property. Paper plates and bowls and plastic forks. For the cost, this places wasn’t worth it.
