Great place, clean, nice location near the airport...

Breakfast was great, and so was the location to the airport. For being that close to the airport, we didn't really notice the planes flying nearby. We were very happy with our stay here at this Best Western.

Good hotel, but difficult parking

Clean room and very friendly staff. Decent breakfast.

The parking situation is tricky. There are only limited parking spots in front of the hotel. There are additional spots in an attached yard, but those are limited as well. Parking is a hassle and not what I am used to in hotels in the US.

Great budget option near SEA

The hotel shuttle arrived very quickly after calling the front desk. Staff were extremely efficient and we got checked in after about 3 minutes. It was awesome. The shuttle taking us back to the airport was great as well. AC unit worked and shower/bathroom was fine.

One of the louder hotels I have stayed in. Cars and trains passing by out the window were easy to hear. The room beside ours we could hear everything the other occupants were doing... Bring earplugs.

The location is closed to airport for us to catch the early flight. please make sure you book your shuttle bus at reception during check in.

We have to call hotel for the arrangement of shuttle bus service to the hotel. However the driver of the bus is not so friendly when we approach him for the service as we are new to the airport.

First room sofa bed non functional. Replacement marginally better. Finally got blankets and mattress pad to make it almost comfortable. Staff needs more English speakers or managers who can translate

Promised airport shuttle never arrived.

Room was spacious as a suite. The room was clean and functional. Had a mini fridge and microwave. Liked that the sink was separate from the toilet/shower area. Breakfast was standard. Coffee was ok, but not great.

Asked at the front desk for a 4:30am shuttle to SeaTac airport the night before. The clerk made a note. At 4:30am no shuttle arrived. There was another family waiting for the hotel shuttle as well. They had also requested a pick up by the hotel shuttle. The front desk was unstaffed for about 10 minutes. When a staff member finally appeared and was told that nine people were outside waiting for the shuttle, he said there was no record of a shuttle request. Both families had to pay for Ubers out of their own pockets. Terrible!!! The hotel advertises that they provide a 24 hour shuttle service to the airport. The lobby area is very bare bones. No coffee 24 hr. No work out room or exercise equipment.

Shelter in a storm.

My friemd and I had just arrived from being aboard a cruise ship at 9am and our flight did not leave until 1130 pm. We needed shelter and this was our solution. Theresa was great in helping us secure a room.

It is rather outdated and old, but was clean and the staff was exceptional.

Nice hotel by the airport

Located beside the airport. The room was large, which was appreciated after being on a cruise for a week. The woman who checked us in was so kind and helpful. There is a free shuttle from the hotel to a large shopping mall.

There's little space to hold luggage. We were there extremely early and didn't expect to get into our room but thought there would be a secure location to leave our luggage while we went out for some sightseeing. Instead, we stayed in their breakfast area for a couple of hours. We were thankful to have that as an option, but it is something the owner might want to consider adding during the cruise season.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very good, and the airport shuttle was convenient.

The bathroom sink would not open once closed, the conditioner in the shower was empty, and the water pressure in the shower was rather weak.

While it has on-site parking, it was EXTREMELY tight. People were jamming their big SUVs in spaces designed for compact cars. It took a great deal of effort to not damage neighboring vehicles both parking and ingress/egress of the vehicle.

Sink did not drain. When went to front desk, Paul was very rude and said it won’t affect shower and come to lobby to wash hands from 4th floor. Marks on wall that needed to be fixed. Reported chair legs were broke and nearly fell. They did nothing. Breakfast was waffles, mini stale bagels and watery eggs.

The place is clean . Very near the Angle Lake station which can take you easily to downtown. Staff at the breakfast hall was accommodating and courteous.

Shuttle service needs to be booked ahead of time as there is only limited shuttles available .
