The shuttle drivers were both great. The breakfast was subpar. The bed was subpar. The shower ran water all over the floor. You had to make sure the door was closed because it didn't close by itself.

The front desk staff was impressive from check-in to check-out. They noticed that I requested a first floor, close to lobby, and breakfast area room, so that my elderly parents wouldn't have to walk far. They were respectful and noticed apologetically if someone was waiting due to a phone call, guest asking a lot of questions, or guest checking in. My 8-year-old LOVED the ping pong table and Foosball table. This would be a great place to host family or friends traveling that need a place to stay close to the airport. We did not use the pool, but the space looked clean. Breakfast was a highlight! My parents needed to be to the airport before 6am, so they enjoyed the continental breakfast with breads/muffins, cereal, yogurt, juice, and coffee. At 6am, my son and I enjoyed the warm breakfast with eggs, sausage, pancakes, and all the other items mentioned. My one and only request is more handicap spaces. It wasn't a huge deal to drop my parents off at the door, park, then go inside, but it would have been great to have more handicap spaces to park and unload.

Lovely place! Super convenient shuttle and get easy to get to. Was even able to enjoy the pool and hot tub (though a little warm) in the evening. Cold breakfast was also appreciated, as we had to leave very early for the airport.

Room was clean, a bit shabby with paint gone in spots in the bathroom, but, overall very acceptable. Staff was very polite, courteous, both on check in and our early check out. Husband and son enjoyed the pool, jets in hot tub were not working but they enjoyed nonetheless. Did not partake of the free breakfast so cannot speak to that. Nice selection of foodstuffs in their little market and the vending machines. Price was great for the stay. Would definitely stay again!

All staff and room and breakfast great BUT when jacuzzi isn't working you should advise your guest upon check in we planned our entire day around the nice relaxing jacuzzi and my husband n I were greatly disappointed and the main reason we always book with you when we pass thru Seattle. loved the pool but oh so bad was looking forward to the jacuzzi. We loved our day. The staff were amazing and the shuttle bus was on time. We stayed there three nights and everything was clean. Breakfast was great these breakfast at 3 AM so you can have breakfast before you go to your airport if you have a very early flight like us we also give free water bottle and offer you a wake up. Call for your shuttle bus.

Every single person I met here was so kind. I was here just on an airport layover. I utilized the shuttle service as well. Prompt, easy service, fast check in, rooms clean. I did like having a hot tub to jump in and a small fitness center. (Three ellipticals, three treadmills, some free weights, a bench and a basic cable machine) My room had a "balcony" but it was also close to the freeway and pretty loud with bright lights outside. I couldn't figure out how to close the blinds (I was pretty tired by then) but I did by the morning. I wouldn't pay extra for the balcony is the lesson here. We have stayed before as a family and had a similar, good experience. Beds were also very comfortable.

Our room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke so we asked for a new room. Staff happily changed us, but the new room also smelled of cigarette smoke although it was slightly less intense. I didn’t wanna be that person and ask to switch again so we just dealt with it. Probably won’t stay here again though

Great option to stay close to airport. Hotel recently redone and front/breakfast area is superb. Rooms were outdated from what the halls and front look but still comfortable. Not as much loud traffic or planes above. Although when checking with the front desk at 5 am before my 530 ride to the airport I asked about breakfast and the first remark was “are you a guest here”. No I just like to wake up at 4 am and go to random hotels for free breakfast. I have never experienced a front desk asking a customer that question before in a rude yet slightly professional manner.

Clean and updated, though not new. Large room was very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were open late! Pool is warm, clean and delightful. There's a game area with foos ball and ping pong table, too. Check in staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The airport shuttle was convenient and on time. I would stay here again.

It took a few questions to find the airport shuttle to the hotel. Our room was very clean and convenient to find. The staff was very informed to find restaurants to order food from. The staff was helpful to find a shuttle to the pier in Seattle. The breakfast was very hot and tasty. Enjoyed visiting with fellow cruise passengers. Rate it a five for service.

We liked that the hotel is close to the airport. There is airport noise of jets taking off and landing. Our room is clean. We did not like the impersonal check in staff. Two people at the desk and neither one of them made eye contact or offered a welcoming greeting.
