Room clearly in need of renovation. Badly stained carpet, old paint and plaster in the bathrooms. In room phone did not function so I could call the front desk for assistance. It was OK for one night, but would not bring my family here. The one highlight was a very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk

No coffee anywhere in facility. No food or even vending Maxfield with snacks anywhere in facility. Every time you ask for something they tell you to go to the Radisson next door. I should have stayed at the Radisson next door!

This property is located in a prime spot. It has just about everything you need for a quick one night say with no frills. Check in is odd as it share space with Master Park Lot A business. Parking was tight but we found a spot on the side of the hotel. Our room was huge, was clean and looked over the pond behind the property. Limited amenities in room but the TV was big, good water pressure, and lots of hot water. No free breakfast, no in room coffee and as other reviews state it is a older property. It is a 3 min walk to 13 Coins restaurant so that’s a win! Would we stay here again… yes if we got a great discount. Bottom line: no frills, good location for proximity to the airport.

Just minutes after checking in a housekeeper opened up my room door without knocking. Luckily we were just putting our bags down and tryin got get settled in. Housekeeper immediately apologized but I wish there was communication with front desk and housekeeping so this doesn’t happen in the future.

There was a party next door to where I had 3 children sleeping to get on a flt at 5am the next day. I booked 2 rooms and they were just on the same floor not next to each other. So my older kids had to stay far way with gma. I am mostly upset with the party it's advertised as close to airport most people will be checking into a early flt or getting off a late flt and just want to sleep.

Broken pipe forced cancellation but no one had the courtesy to notify us in advance (happened HOURS before we arrived). SLOW to help us find other accommodations. The place is a dump and hasn’t been updated in decades. We were promised a refund. Is hotels.com going to honor that?

We stayed at the Red Lion on a layover. They were great. Quick to pick up at the airport and quick to take us back. The beds say queen, but there was no way they were, but they were clean and comfortable. The front desk brought us a hideaway bed. I would stay here again.
