Room was clean but freezing, and the thermostat wasn’t heating the room well. The room’s atmosphere was stark, not comfortable or cozy feeling. The room service fees were expensive and the language barrier made for food not ordered. Overall, the hotel was nothing special and not what I expected at all.

Very clean, very friendly staff, 5-minute walk from SeaTac. Perfect for an overnight stay when connecting to a different flight. Highly recommended.
