    We have used this hotel on multiple trips over seas. It's clean, quite, and safe with gated and patrolled parking behind the building. Transportation to the airport by the hotel has been a breeze for our family and all the luggage a family of four needs. The staff is helpful and accommodating. Our last trip we arrived serval hours after check without our luggage which wouldn't arrive till the next morning. way after anything would be open. They gave us extra water bottles and extra cookies to hold us over till the morning. It's a silly thing but after traveling nearly 2 days from Japan non stop, except for when we missed a connector in LAX. It was a nice gesture that we all appreciated greatly. Rooms are always nice and clean. No issues traveling with our cat the few times we needed to. Definitely will use them again when traveling out of seatact.

    If you like nature - get a room with a balcony over the lake… very nice (even if rooms are a little dated) - much better than others (except the resort)

    Easy to reach. You can literary walk right from the airport. Staff is very accommodating. Beds very comfortable. Room size huge.
