Greeted warmly by staff. All was new, clean and comfortable. Love the location - walked to light-rail upon departure.
Walked from airport to hotel - very close and very safe - even at night.

The hotel has an ideal location for those who need a comfortable overnight stay before an early flight the next day. It is within walking distance of the airport, and there is also a free shuttle service running every 30 minutes. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable.
The breakfast is extremely poor. Not only is it unhealthy, it is also unvaried and tasteless.

The room and bed were clean and comfortable!
I only booked this hotel for the proximity to airport and shuttle service. The shuttle wasn’t running when we arrived at 7 pm. When I called the hotel directly they told me I would be reimbursed minus tip if I took taxi or uber! We took taxi and it was $21! When we arrived we were told they use a third party for shuttle service and we would not be reimbursed! So I was lied to on phone? The key card system was not working, so we had to be escorted to our room and I guess couldn’t leave unless we wanted to be escorted to be let into our room each time! People were yelling and loud in hall being escorted to there rooms all the way up to 12 midnight! Couldn’t sleep due to noise, even though your beds were so very comfortable!
The next morning, I went down to get coffee and a little yogurt bowl that is advertised! Me along with other guests had to eat it and cereal with a fork. The front desk said sorry, spoons are on order! I can’t believe a manager wouldn’t have run to any kind of store to get spoons for the hotel guests. Unacceptable! Then, again, we had to Uber back across the street to the airport instead of taking the free shuttle after they said it’ll be half an hour to 45 minutes for the shuttle to leave. Unacceptable once again. I will not be staying at a spark and I will definitely be questioning any Hilton stay from here on out.
