Great venue, friendly staff made us feel welcome from the moment we got there till we left

Stayed with them specifically for the golf, resort was great, course was amazing. Pro shop staff were great. If you are looking for a place to stay and play golf this is the place.

Had more of those warm cookies.. 1 was not enough, but my wife would say 1 was plenty :). Not enough time for more golf

Fantastic, we shall be back!

Big rooms, big pool—and a bonus that it was heated properly—and big, beautiful views. We loved our stay!

The only negative we could say is the A/C did not kick in very well at all.

Lovely scenery!

The scenery was beautiful! The property is very well maintained.

We didn’t get adequate information from the front desk staff about the bikes. As we began riding near the golf course, one of the residents was very rude to us and asked us where we were going. She told us bikes were not allowed. It was very uncomfortable to be spoken to in that manner. If we had been given some guidelines, we would likely have been able to avoid her confrontational behavior.

Good location very close to everything.

Staff was very helpful. Our room had a balcony but there was a tree that was blocking our beautiful view of the mountains and they upgraded us to a suite since we were three adults . However the pull out couch did not have a mattress only the spring , they sent up a cot for my .granddaughter . The mountain view was spectacular

They should check the rooms periodically because the chairs on the balconies were broken in both rooms and the pull out couch for our third guest had no mattress to sleep on . The air conditioning was so loud , is sounded like a jet was coming through all night .

Nice entry, bar and pool area. Close to the PS airport.

Rooms, doors, carpet need definite maintenance and updating. Room is not the same as the beautiful entry of hotel. The bar and pool are gorgeous . Rooms feel like a different location. Wonderful staff do make you feel welcome here.

The stay was overall meh. Our teenagers laid out at the pool and that was the best part.

The location was nice.

I booked a fire pit room and you could not turn on the fire pit without having engineering do it. Very disappointing as they refused to turn it on. We paid extra for this room for nothing. The front desk service also were not as personable as I would've liked. The hotel advertises a volleyball court and tennis and there is no volleyball court- and they don't have volleyballs for guests to use even if they wanted to play in the grass.

Love the beds, super comfy! Centrally located, lots of parking, able to check in early, super quiet room/soundproof, gorgeous views,

Broken elevator, breakfast not included, hot tub was Luke warm, body wash in shower was empty, what looked to be dry blood on the bathroom counter, request to be near an exit wasn't honored, conflicted times of when amenities closed

Some outlets didn't work for the charger, television out dated, entrance door to hotel room was faded and worn as well as carpet in hallway with a foul odor. Couldn't use the hot tub it had lots of debri, dirt and bugs. The bar restaurant had to correct my salad twice. And the front desk staff lacked skills for check in and check out, too many communication errors. Manager was a little rude.

Cleaner facilities and rooms with updates. More training for better customer service and a better bar menu with more options. Add better amenities for the money worth.

The worst thing was the staff. The front desk staff were very rude. when I booked the hotel it was important for us to have a good view because we were going to stay inside the hotel for 2 days. we booked a room overlooking the pool, we were given a room overlooking the parking lot. I noticed this as soon as I entered the room, after that I went downstairs and asked to change our room, because we booked another room, to which they answered that they won't change my room and I have 5 minutes to go up to my room or leave the hotel .. They kicked us out! I travel a lot, but I have never met such an attitude from the staff. and they took money from me.terrible place

My husband had to go to the ER the last day of our stay. Most likely food poisoning from eating in the bar. Both he and I shared the tomato soup. He ate most of it so his symptoms were worse than mine. My son did not eat the soup and was fine. The only other thing that I would have liked was more blankets on the bed. The bedding was very skimpy and therefore not very comfortable.

Location is great, close proximity to downtown Palm Springs and other areas. Beds are very comfortable and slept well.

Peloton bike in gym; the seat would not move. The temperature in the gym was warm.

the view of the mountains from the pool

pool view room had no view of the pool. patio fire pit didn’t work. drilling at 7am. didn’t clean room unless requested. twice asked reception for new towels after 3 days and nicer turned up. asked for more toilet roll never came. pool bar closed due to a tech issue with till but no contingency put in place so had to walk into main bar in wet clothes to order.
