Property looks undervalued mattresses and Trash in front of the place , lots of trash , big cockroaches And out of the bathtub , manager Asian man super rude , very verbally aggressive, not suitable to do customer service unreasonable and retained the deposit , with no reason The smoke detector cover was hangin and a brand new alarm was in a drawer , like waiting to be replaced but someone didn’t do their job , or they use that to retain your deposit . Horrible customer service . I still fighting the deposit $ , because they don’t have reason for retaking the deposit

The property was conveniently located near Palm Springs. We arrived late 8 ish and the room I had reserved was on the 2nd floor, the owner/manager had a 1st floor room and quickly changed us to that room. Most accommodating and kind.

The bathroom could use a bit more care with their caulking and a bathroom light was burned out.

Pool and the room was unique and had a microwave and mini fridge

Cleaning staff was rude

No breakfast available location good

Remote control 4 TV not too many chanels

The look, but it was deceiving!!!!

The live in housekeeper literally tried to kill me, she stole and vandalized my property, threw rocks & glass bottles at me. Over $6,000 in stolen property 3 hospital visits Follow up visits required for my head Foot is messed up She went to jail for attempt of murder. Her boyfriend, whom I never saw, was also living there. There was a domestic dispute between the two of them and they were supposed to BOTH leave the premises. But the manager allowed her to stay and allowed her to use force to get me off the property. I had called cathedral city police 3 times prior to the crazy incident. They did not like that. I was being harassed by a long term guest who is on some crazy shit. She was allowed to make racist comments to other guests and we were told by staff to keep the peace. My iPad was found behind Gabby, the live in housekeepers room, in a black trash bag. When, I say her room was stockpiled, probably with all stolen items, if you’ve stayed here, they are all in on it! The manager, even though he witnessed every single second of the shit show, refuses to give me a refund. He says, I was the problem. Lawyered up!!!!

Everything, they blamed me for things I didn't do . They demanded more money from me halfway through my stay . They threatened to kick me out if I didn't pay . And they stole my deposit .

The rooms were clean. the beds were comfy. For a older hotel it was in really good shape. The pool was clean. we liked it so well we added a extra day

The floor was dusty but we did have high winds that week

You can't walk in Palm Springs. No place close for meals, especially breakfast.

Very unprofessional. Cleaning crew kept trying to unlock the door multiple times hours before check out disturbing my sleep after working a 14 hour shift. Extremely frustrating & ridiculous.

Was hard to get a towel..Said to just drop the old towel outside the room to get new ones..

Horrible. Disgusting, smells like weed. Water was milky, looked like a landfill was on the porch. Fridge didn’t work. Goop in the shower. Air conditioning didn’t work. I left.

checlck i took too long charged me the same fee as booking then said he reversed charge... took money out of my account for no reason ... bathroom light did mot work.. a/c was soo noisy I had to ise a pillow to cover my ears ... bathtunlb and toilet were not completely clean.. jacuzzi was in terrible condition

the bed seemed clean and was comfortable

everything was in disrepair. the pool needed to be resurfaced and was very cold. our room had stains on the carpet, tub and even shower curtain! the walls were gouged and separately need to be repainted. no elevator.

Great location, just walking distance to all kinds of stores, bars and restaurants.

After 7pm there's no one to talk to at registration desk. Also I never got house keeping during my stay, only clean towels. Not even bed was made during my whole stay. Do I need to ask for it?

I booked it a bit last minute so the price wasn't too bad and the location was ok, pretty close to Palm Springs. It was very quiet at night and the room was overall clean.

The room was ok but nothing worked. We set the fridge on low and it froze all our food so we had to throw it away. The coffeemaker wasn't working properly, the microwave mad a weird sound so we didn't use it, and the TV would randomly turn off or mute itself (very hard to navigate too). The property made it look like a cheap motel so if you want a clean room at a low price and have zero expectations, go for it.
