Bedroom comfort could use some help

The overall property features are always fun and amazing. Love the jacuzzi and social areas.

Beds in the room are rather uncomfortable and make it almost impossible to get a good night sleep. It would have also have been nice to have small chair/couch to lounge.

Friendly and engaging staff who fixed a minor issue with my shower curtain within 10 minutes - great service!

The grass areas were all out of bounds due to landscaping work. Maybe they could have done this in two phases.

We enjoyed our time there and hope to be back.

We were checked in by a VERY nice man. The room was clean and spacious. Would be nice to have a soap holder at the sink. The grounds are kept up nice and pool and hot tubs were well maintained.

I didn't know that there was breakfast available. The "Runway" did not seem to be used. Don't know what it was for. There were tables and chairs but nothing was posted in the room as to what was available there.

This is the most relaxing and laid back place and the staff was awesome especially the guy that checked us in he was so helpful everyday and the night guys and a fun place first time to California from Florida and will be back to ccbc

I have stayed here before… love it and will visit again!

The grounds were excellently manicured and very clean. The pool and spa were maintained everyday. Lots of open space. I liked having food service and a small store on the premises.

While the room was nice… it was very minimalist. There was not really any counter space. And extra electrical outlet were in hard places to reach.

Great hospitality and staff. Clean rooms and common spaces. Chill vibe that was comfortable. Nice pool.

The shower in the room was not great, but we just showered by the pool instead. It would have been nice to have better quality shampoo and soap.

love this space and the fun atmosphere. great time to just enjoy soaking up the sun!!! the crowd is eclectic and fun and everyone is just there tk enjoy themselves. lots of fun and enjoyment and very friendly staff
