Located between Palm Springs and Desert Hot Springs, the location was perfect for us. it was golf course adjacent and away from major traffic. The breakfast choices were numerous, varied and well prepared. Very nice outdoor pool. The bed was comfortable and kitchen well appointed.

The room needed more USB ports or accessible plugs. The bathroom could use more than 2 hooks. The dresser was very close to the foot of the bed, requiring a careful exit from the bed. The app indicates there is parking but doesn't specify it's an extra $10 per night. Our room was oddly humid for the desert - thank goodness the windows open slightly and there is a continuous fan feature in the htg/AC unit.

Dissapointing.

Great Location.

This is a refurbished resort converted into a Homewood Suites. It has a large number of rooms and was very busy during our stay. Breakfast facilities were well below par and simply not sufficiently scaled to the large number of rooms. In fact breakfast was completely overcrowded, no place to sit, constant food shortages and other problems. Quite disappointing overall. The room was small and showed it's age despite renovations. The additional charge for parking is unacceptable at this location with ample parking space. One particular staff member at the reception was not very friendly nor service oriented which was surprising and not what one would expect at the usually very good service levels at Homewood suites in our experience.

The room was not clean, small and old furnishings. I had just stayed at the LaQuinta property and this hotel did not compare and was more expensive. I only moved hotels to be closer to the airport but there was no shuttle so had to hire an UBER. After getting home I was charged for parking. I did not have a car and now must try and get my money back.

Dog friendly. Clean grass yard for your dog. Lili Inman, the operational manager was very helpful and accommodating. The free breakfast was excellent with many choices. Staff’s were all friendly. We would stay here again.

Breakfast is quite bad. Too many cheap carbs. Tasteless, pre-fab from a box scrambled eggs. Coffee was bitter. You could easily fix this with little cost and little effort. Add slices of quality cold cuts. Make scrambled eggs from fresh eggs. Make fresh coffee from freshly ground

Good stay, nearby air museum where our event was

I liked the two bedroom suite with its own bathroom. I like that I can txt the hotel staff

I did not like that I requested late checkout till 2:30pm and was denied. The hotel did not seem over booked that I would be denied. As a Hilton member I feel like I should have been granted this. I had to wait till 7am on checkout day to ask

Great location at a good value

The free breakfast was a good value. There were a lot of options and it tasted good. The staff was friendly. Check in at the front desk went well and Karisma answered my questions and assisted me with a smile. The room was spacious and very comfortable. A great value for the price.

The room I was initially given had a strange smell and our sink and dishwasher overflowed while we were at breakfast. The staff at the front desk was able to get me a new room. The new room smelled fine and I didn't have any issues after that.

We’ve stayed here before and we’ll stay here again.

The breakfast was very good. They ran out of food, but refilled it instantly. The pool was very nice. They added a couple of umbrellas for shade. They accommodated us with a top floor room. The receptionist was very nice.

Overall a great budget friendly clean hotel

Ease of check in and check out. Location of hotel was great. Room was very spacious and the kitchenette was a great feature to have especially a fridge and freezer.

Upon entering room there was a slight smell that was off putting. It was kind of musty mixed with stale air. Also the shower could use a little help. Mattress needed to be changed there was some obvious sagging and indentations.

Away from traffic and busy streets

A / c unit was loud when it cycled on. Had to use ear plugs. Room was never cleaned during a two night stay. Heavy marijuana smell on the first floor both days. Hotel claims to be smoke free. They charge my mother-in-law $50 to check in 30 minutes early, she couldn’t hear them because of her poor Hearing so I thought that was ridiculous.

Great place just needs some much needed repairs

The location for my travel purpose was perfect for me. The breakfast was so yummy and plentiful. Best breakfast option I’ve ever had. The bed was super comfy as well

The AC fan unit was horrible. I like to sleep with the fan on and even on constant on it didn’t stay on but turned on and off all night and every time it turned back on it sounded like a wounded animal. The groaning was so loud that I wasn’t able to use it. I was told that every room had an ice maker in the room fridge and that was not the case for me. When I went to the front desk to ask about an ice maker on site I was given a small bag of ice. Very strange.

Large maintenance crew on duty did great good of keeping up with the guest Absolutely no complaints about the condition of room I was actually pleasantly surprised to find better than I expected My first Homewood stay and I actually like it better than the Doubletree up the street I enjoy the waffles for breakfast

Pool towels ran out on Saturday It did not take long to replenish towels and there are plenty of lounge chairs at pool I would come back here again
